Believe me, in the 1970's and early 1980's, Supertramp was far from underrated. They were one of THE top acts. There's still "The Lgical Song", "Dreamer", "Breakfast in America", "Take the long way home" for you to discover. And from the very same album the title track, "Crime of the Century", showing the experimental side of the band par excellence.
Hi Stacey! I am so glad you have fallen into the Supertramp rabbit hole! They are without doubt one of the most innovative, dynamic, interesting, memorable bands of all time , and their sheer songwriting skills and versatility are legendary: ranging from pure pop to rock to blues to jazz to prog, all with their unique and unmistakable stamp. They were an amazing live act too - I was fortunate enough to see them three times. So, some recommendations: you must listen to "Dreamer", from the same album, their first top 20 UK hit. In fact any song from "Crime of the Century" is wonderful, but don't miss out on the title track. Then there is their biggest hit "The Logical Song". Also "Gone Hollywood", "Goodbye Stranger" and "Child of Vision" , all from the massive hit album "Breakfast in America". Plus "Another Man's Woman" , "Ain't Nobody But Me" and "Sister Moonshine" from "Crisis? What Crisis?" Those are just a few to get you started, but in general Supertramp always gave you something interesting; there are very few sub-standard tracks. Enjoy the journey and thanks for a great reaction! All the best. Andy.
You are so right. And Roger Hodgson is still good with his solo albums. We grew up with Supertramp, Led Zepp, Deep P., Uriah Heep, Genesis (P. Gabriel), Manfred Mann, Pink Floyd, E,L&P...
You picked a great cut to start your journey down the Supertramp rabbit hole! They're one of the very best bands of the 1970's, and I was blessed to have been able to spend my high school years fully immersed in their music.
And you can see how introvert and in to the music they were there. Like a long jazz rock and barely talking to the audience. Rick doesn't talk at all and John H was pushed to do some audience talk. Today Roger is much more in connection with the audience when he tours. No critique, just an observation. Everyone who went to see them live got a fantastic show.
Each album of supertramp …gold of mine …greatness …emotional never stop …pleasure and pleasure …fun on each tracks …enjoy every day give smile on face 🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊
Stacey... HIDE IN YOUR SHELL, From same Album, is a must listen. Great Band. Child Of Vision, is another great Supertramp song. Keep Rocking 👍 Ronnie SCOTLAND
Welcome to the wonderful world of Supertramp. 'School' is a great place to start. They had two principle singers, Roger Hodgson and Rick Davies. Very different but completely complementary styles. Hodgson packs real emotion into his singing. There are more radio friendly songs like 'Give A Little Bit', 'Logical Song' and 'Dreamer'. But my favorites are the slightly longer more complex tracks. 'Fools Overture' is an absolute masterpiece. 'Rudy', 'Babaji', 'Bloody Well Right', Crime of the Century and 'Even In The Quietest Moments' are others worth trying. Fools Overture (over 10 minutes long) is their standout track and is a must listen.
It’s like taking your ears for a roller coaster ride without a safety bar. Ya gotta hold on tight and let the sound take you on the journey of a lifetime. Welcome to the seventies.
That harmonica solo in the beginning gets me every time. It sounds like you're listening to 9 different songs in one, it's amazing how the transitions just surprise you over and over again. I first heard this track off that awesome Kristy McNichol movie "Little Darlings" and ever since it's stuck to me and introduced me to one of the best bands that I've ever heard in Supertramp.
This is, perhaps, one of the most “full,” ambient, and well mixed / produced albums of all time. The experience through vinyl and a good tube amp (the way they made them in the old days, LOL), is nothing short of inspiring. I love this song; it’s one I listened to with my dad when I was young and he introduced me to good music. Thank you for your reaction. You ought to check out Dreamer, Hide in Your Shell, and Crime of the Century. But, as someone else commented, they are ALL phenomenal.
School is one of those songs that you don't want it to end. Thanks for sharing your thoughts & feelings and please consider reacting to more Supertramp songs. Cheers 💕
Headphones are the only way to listen to Supertramp! You can hear every nuance that's hidden in their music! If you want a roller coaster ride, listen to "Rudy"!!! You're not off track comparing Supertramp to Pink Floyd. Back in the seventies, those who listened to Pink Floyd also listened to Supertramp. They (we) also listened to Genesis, Pre-Abacab! Albums like, Seconds Out, Winds and Wuthering and Trick of a Tale. These are must listen albums!!
On top of the fact that the songs on the album Crime of the Century are all fantastic, performed by superb musicians, you cannot overlook the amazing quality of the sound & production of this album recorded back in1974, it is still known to be used to test out high end hifi equipment in stores, both using vinyl and cd.
Hi, At the beginning of 1975 the album was presented on a German radio station. I was blown away. I recorded the three songs that the station played, including "School", directly onto my cassette player and played them to our gang the next day. From then on there was no going back, the album had to be bought and a Suptertramp virus had hit us all. I still love their music.
There are 3 albums by Supertramp that are fantastic all the way through. They are: Crime of the Century (1974), Even in the Quietest Moments (1977), and their top selling Breakfast in America (1979) every song is good. They did make a few more albums but none were as good as those three. Both Pink Floyd and Supertramp are considered progressive rock which could be another reason for the similarity.
My three favorites are “CRIME OF THE CENTURY,” “CRISIS, WHAT CRISIS,” and “EVEN IN THE QUIETEST MOMENTS.” I LOVE “BREAKFAST IN AMERICA”… but it finishes a close 4th in their catalog… and it’s still a great album. Cheers!
SupperTramp is a most for everyones musical jorney... Im fortuned to have been able to still see them live some 20 years ago, i was 21 and they were already an oldie... The Logical song is just... no words.. Amazing band that need new people to redescover it, and i must say it is one of the things im enjoying most about your channel and hope you never lose it, is the great way you cover so many great decades of great bands and music, and genders. I starting wathching your channel reacting to the stones and just went on a full on marhaton over your reviews and loving them all and the way you go from oldies i keep in my treasure chest to more recent bands im also enjoying knowing myself, great work
If I remember correctly, Supertramp had 4 albums in the Top 100 albums of the 70s, with 2 in the Top 10. In the 70s, they were one of the top acts..... very special band. I'm eagerly waiting for your Supertramp awakening. Another great British rock group from the time.
You're essentially correct in saying is like multiple songs within one song, but it all coheres. And, to quote a line from Robert Frost, "And that makes all the difference."
They are one of my top 5 bands of all time. You can love anything from them. And yes I was waiting to see your jump scare and you delivered. Great reaction.
Life is short but in that life there are so many memories, some remembered, some forgot. This brings back memories I’d like to forget BUT at the time I loved, Love listening and seeing how peeps react to us old gits and our music.
Awesome reaction! I love them also. A really good way to absorb Supertramp would be to listen to LIVE IN PARIS. A fantastic album and great mix of music.
I’m sure that you will love this band. Hugely creative, enormously talented and pretty unique in the prog rock genre. For the time their production was second to none and so good that Hi Fi stores would use their music to demonstrate top of the range stereo amps and speaker systems. This track comes from what many hold as their best album ‘Crime of the century’ but the 4 albums that followed it are all pretty amazing.
Thanks for this reaction Stacey. Anything Supertramp does is amazing. I put them in the same category as Steely Dan - top-notch writing, complicated arrangements with many different instruments, a wide variety of styles and I never get tired of listening to them.
That album has some amazing songs. I absolutely love the title song. Breakfast In America is another amazing album with some great songs. Roger Hodgson (lead singer) must be in his 70s now, but some of his recent concerts, where he performs many of the Supertramp songs, and which can be found on UA-cam, show that his voice is just the same and sounds wonderful.
Hi Stacey! The harmonica is great as you get to know them better. They started in 1967. They are an amazing band, one of my all-time favorites, and I guess with this reaction, you can understand why. They are a very complete band with great musicians. "School" is for people with a great feelings and deep emotions, as you said, or different environments in one song. I'm glad you appreciate the quality of their music. I can't deny that "Breakfast in America" is my favorite album and my favorite song is the whole album! I can only say the same thing about Rush or Pink! They are not just an everyday band; I hold them very close to my heart. They remind me of a great time in life! Thanks again for a great reaction. Time is a virtue, and especially as you say, "The journey." Keep pushing forward! There's so much to say about it, but everything has its time. "The Logical Song" is an amazing gift for your ears from them! Thanks!
This was as my favorite band at the end of the '70s plus I won tickets the day of the concert ( last pair given away from local radio station ) and turned out to be the greatest I've ever been to , rock or country and I've been to over 60 shows . I seen them at the old Omni in Atlanta . You must listen to the studio recording of "Give a little bit" . Roger Hodsen wrote it when he was 15 yrs.old and it didn't get on a Supertramp album until he was 25...why , I haven't found out what took it that long but it's a top 1 - 3 of all their music on my list !!!
The version of this from Live In Paris is even better. Actually, all Supertramp songs from that performance are better, and even more impressive than they are on studio albums.
Pink Floyd as well as Supertramp are both 'Progressive Rock' Band incorporating a lot of different musical styles into their music. This is where the similarities are coming from.
One of my top 5 bands of all time. This particular album as well as their next 3-4 are phenomenal. This was the 1st song I ever heard by them. So much good music coming your way.
Great song & LP. The key lyric on this track is: "It's always up to you, if you want to be that, want to see that, want to see it that way. You're coming along." 😎
Finally! Thank You for letting us see you react to this song the same way WE were back in '74... through the original recording. Many live versions are good but, they've never captured the same essence as the studio version. Now you can move on to live songs to get to know these great musicians. I spent my teenage years listening to Supertramp and Pink Floyd(my favorite). From this album you will enjoy "Bloody Well Right", "Asylum", "Dreamer", and "Crime of The Century". From the Even in The Quietest Moments album there is "Give A Little Bit", "Even in The Quietest Moments", "From Now On", "Fool's Overture". You will want to check band member's Roger Hodgson performing Fool's Overture with a full blown orchestra... that was amazing! Then there is the Breakfast in America album which has good material there. Enjoy!
I was introduced to Supertramp as a teen with their 'Crime of the Century" album, and when '...Quietest Moments' came along and I heard "Fool's Overture" (and the rest of the album) it cemented Supertramp as one of my favourite groups! While 'Breakfast in America' was definitely superb, it also seemed a bit too commercialized and one could sense the stress-cracks that would eventually lead to Roger Hodgson leaving the group (especially given the lyrics of the final track in that album, 'Child of Vision'). I thought 'Famous Last Words' was a great swansong album, and I continued to follow and enjoy Roger's solo career as I always felt he was the Supertramp essence I enjoyed the most. I drifted away from what Rick Davies ended up doing with the revised Supertramp, but the group has -- and always will be -- Indelibly Stamped as part of the pivotal soundtrack of my youth.
I've been waiting for you to get to Supertramp! Love your PF reactions. here you've discovered another of my favourite bands... Early Genesis and Moody Blues, you can't go wrong... I was brought up with these and I just turned 72
Supertramp will ALWAYS be in my Top 10 greatest bands/artists of all time. They are right up there with progressive rock giants like Yes, Genesis, and Pink Floyd! Hard to believe that this music is nearly FIFTY years old! Talk about ahead of their time, in not just the brilliance of their music, but their lyrics and messages that are still relevant 50 years later, that stands the test of time.
I remember as a kid sitting in the living room on the floor in the corner next to the stereo with headphones on and this 8-track playing and as noted already you can listen to this entire album all the songs are good.
Supertramp were and still are one of my all-time favourite acts. As you said, "they are killer musicians with killer skills" and they probably are 'under the radar' today, but at the time, they were huge. I discovered this album in 1977 when I was 12 and they've been with me ever since. The follow-up album to Crime of The Century was 'Crisis? What Crisis?' and I have vacillated between them for 47 years as to which I like best, I think it just depends on which one I'm listening to at the time. The song 'Lady' is a lovely upbeat groove-along kind of a tune.
Bonjour Stacey ❤❤❤!!! I'm very happy that you're finally discovering Supertramp, what a wonderful journey it's going to be, once again 👍, progressive rock is for me such a special style of music, so innovative like PinkFloyd who are the masters of progressive rock 🎸 !!! After discovering Dire Straits and now Supertramp what a series, glad you're discovering these bands of talented musicians who are at the service of music and beautiful melodies 🎵🎵🎵!!!! thanks Stacey !!! ❤❤❤😍😍😘
The whole album is a monster album, you should try listen to it from beginning to end. An amazingly talented group, one of the monuments of progressive rock. The balance between Roger (more airy dreamy philosophical) and Rick (more grounded cynical and blues-rooted) was part of their hallmark. Great sax/clarinette by John Halliwell with strong jazz influence, and then a solid rhytm section with Siebenberg on drums and Dougie Thompson on bass. This was a very solid band.
I was 10 when I heard this, my first Supertramp album, and I was hooked for life. So much so that when they split up I never bought any more albums by the group. I only listened to the old songs... I was able to see Hodgson in 2011 in Barcelona and if I could choose a song - just one - by the group that represented their music: HYDE IN YOUR SHELL. It has it all. Thanks for remembering and making me remember moments of my life.
Although it is a co-write with Davies (Some lyrics and the piano break), the theme of the song is fundamentally Hodgson rallying against his boarding school education. He attended Woodcote House near Windlesham, Surrey, where he was the first boy to learn electric guitar, and Stowe School near Buckingham. Very English. Very staid. At their peak they were massive. A phenomenal band. Hide In Your Shell is my personal favourite.
Hi Stacey, Great reaction to an awesome band & A great song. Personally speaking, I suggest you stay with the Crime Of The Century Album first before branching out into more of their amazing library. Whether you do a full album reaction or just enjoy this album on your own personal time, It's truly one to listen to all at once. Though even if you decide to react to each song of this album one at a time, You definitely won't be disappointed. The great thing about Supertramp was they sounded just as good as their album's live. Was fortunate enough to see them during this album tour, along with quite a few other time's during the 70's & early 80's. Really happy for you that you've begun your journey with Supertramp. Enjoy it.. Cheers from Western Canada
Hello Stacy, I have to say I love watching your reactions to various artists, mainly because you honestly react! As far as Supertramp well they will take you on a music journey unlike a lot of other bands. Looking forward to seeing your reaction(s) to other Supertamp songs as well as Pink Floyd and Queen.
"Please let me know in the comments below what I should react to next!" Well, Stacey, after listening to this song it is logical that you next listen to "The Logical Song". One of my favourites.
Greetings Stacey, good choice to get to know Supertramp, the band was one of the tops in the seventies and eighties with a number of hits. The crime of the century is by far their best album from my point of view, followed by Even in the quietest moments and Crisis what crisis. I have seen Supertramp several times in Barcelona and they sound the same as in the studio, great musicians, very professional. All his concerts began and ended with the harmonica solo of the intro of School. This album start with a jewel an end with another Gem , Crime of the Century. Keep on rocking ❤ Greetings from Barcelona ❤
One of Supertramp's most underrated album was Brother Where Ya Bound. It took me several listen throughs to get the music, but it came! Now, that's my go to album. I've listened to Breakfast in America so much that I know it by heart, so Brother Where Ya Bound makes for a nice change up. Definitely worth a listen to.
GREAT THAT AND MANY MORE OF THEIR TRACKS STACEY x. FOOLS OVERTURE,LOVER BOY,DOWNSTREAM, FROM NOW,CHILD OF VISION,GOODBYE STRANGER,IT'S RAINING AGAIN AND LOGICAL SONG INCREDIBLE ALL xxx 🍾🎵👌🎹🎷🎤
I love this album. My favorite song is Rudy. When you said this was your first time listening to Supertramp, I was surprised. They are among my top 5 bands. Pink Floyd, Rush, Supertramp, Styx, and Yes. I love the progressive rock genre. Like all my top 5 bands, I put their albums on and let them play from beginning to end. Crime of the Century, Breakfast in America, Crisis What Crisis, and Even in the Quietist Moments are my favorite albums of theirs. Roger Hodgson, the lead singer is also the piano player. I also love the sax player in the band.
Great reaction. One of the first bands I saw live in England. Supertramp were one of the top Prog Rock bands of the 70's/early 80's and have lots of great songs to react to.
I started Djing when this came out and till this day I still listening to Supertramp...love your reaction to it... the mood of the music transitions are placed in the song because of the versus that are written...
Hi Stacey, Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon and Supertramp, Crime of the century were my go to album’s when I was in the army in the mid seventies. Hundreds of hours lying on my bunk with my headphones on. Please react to more. You always have interesting things to say. Thanks Stacey always love your channel ❤️🏴🇬🇧.
The album called "Crime Of The Century" by British band Supertramp. It's a masterpiece that perfectly matches progressive rock and pop. I especially liked "School" and "Bloody Well Right." The band's distinctive features are that they change vocalists (Rick Davies and Roger Hodgson) depending on the song, and incorporate saxophone and woodwind instruments. It's a unique band. "Goodbye Stranger", "Bloody Well Right", "Dreamer" are another classic songs.
Another Man's Woman, Breakfast in America, The Logical Song, Child of Vision, Take The Long Way Home, Fool's Overture, Dreamer, Crime of the Century, etc... you have a lot more to enjoy. Welcome to Supertramp.
Progressive music of the 70s gives you a wild ride every track and keeps things interesting. That's the idea. Glad you found this and reviewed it. Great band.
Really accomplished musicians - so many great tracks, they came when 'underground' progressive music started to be commercially viable. They perfected the art of making 'clever' accessible tunes but songs that were more than just 'jingles'. Try 'The Logical Song' - there are some live performances and it makes you realise just how professionally 'finished' they were/are.
1974 'School' then pre-empting Pink Floyd's The Wall 1979. Do the whole album track by track it's their best. next one 2nd best, 3rd one 3rd best, 4th one where they broke America, 4th best. They were big for us Brits from the go...
Nothing wrong with comparing them to Pink Floyd. Both progressive rock, different but similar. Supertramp probably has a more clear jazz and blues influence. Both those bands are in my top 5.
Just wanted to say that I find you so likeable! I like the way you approach music and how wonderfully you can get excited! And I think it's great that you like bands like Supertramp or Pink Floyd! Greetings from Germany!🙂
This was my first "Lieblingslied". That's german for the song you love the most. It is still one of my favorite songs of all time. Supertramp was one ot the greatest Bands i had to privilege to listen to. Take this album. The album is simply great. Song by song. Although i will like School always the most. But the other songs like f.e. Hide in your shell, or the logical song, or Crime of the Century, etc. are really great, too. And they were not underrated in their peak. Everyone knew and loved them in their prime (70s till early 80s as ThomasKnip mentioned in his feedback).
I'm glad I took the time to watch your video as I have never before heard this particular SuperTramp song. Wow. Excellent musicianship as always but something of a departure from the radio hits I've heard over the decades. Thank you, Stacey, for broadening my own horizons. :)
Imagine you were in your early teen years and you would hear this song called "School" with this lyrics. Stunning -a masterpiece. Creative as the whole album is.
Hey Stacey! I just discovered your channel last night!! I have really enjoyed listening to you hear, for the very first time in your life, a lot of really wonderful classic rock songs that I grew up with years ago!! It is so genuinely cool to listen to your reactions! It adds depth and a new perspective to music that I have known by heart for so long, so thank you for that!! 👍 Stacey, I have one request: please make a video of you listening to the song, “Magic Power” by the band called “Triumph”. Either the original studio recording or the live version of the band at a summertime outdoor concert in 1983! I hope you might be able to do that soon! Thanks again, Stacey! U Rock!! 👍😎👏 Lee
This album is a no-skip album, you can listen to every song on it and none will disappoint.
Totally agreed with you
@@MinorCirrus agreed!
absolutely true.
And there are elements of the albums intro in its outro, which is rather satisfying.
No-skip album. ROFL, that is what we used to call,,,,, a record.
Quite funny to see it written that way. LMAO
Believe me, in the 1970's and early 1980's, Supertramp was far from underrated. They were one of THE top acts.

Super tramp not quite PF. But they were fantastic.
@@horrorbythebookwithnoelwing Agree. Pink Floyd is my favorite group of all time.

Supertramp is another band that made the 70's so diverse and amazing!! Bloody Well Right 😎
Yes, you are bloody well right with that message. 😀
The Supertramp rabbit hole is well worth the dive in.
it's more of a worm hole in space.
You picked a great cut to start your journey down the Supertramp rabbit hole! They're one of the very best bands of the 1970's, and I was blessed to have been able to spend my high school years fully immersed in their music.
You see kids walking around with Led Zeppelin/ACDC/Pink Floyd/Queen shirts but honestly, Supertramp should be just as famous.
Supertramp Live in Paris in 1979 I think it was is a magical performance.

Supertramp was my personal upbeat version of Pink Floyd. Together they made up over 80% of my music listening when I was 12. (1977)
Crime Of The Century is a must for sure.

Amazing band that need new people to redescover it, and i must say it is one of the things im enjoying most about your channel and hope you never lose it, is the great way you cover so many great decades of great bands and music, and genders. I starting wathching your channel reacting to the stones and just went on a full on marhaton over your reviews and loving them all and the way you go from oldies i keep in my treasure chest to more recent bands im also enjoying knowing myself, great work
The entire album is great also Breakfast in America … logical song …
You will never, NEVER, ever be bored with Supertramp! . . . . .
One of my all time faves..... the intro is sooooo haunting!!!
The bass work is unreal.
The albums "Crime of the Century", "Crisis What Crisis ", and "Even in the Quietest Moments" really are class. Great reaction as usual, 👍
Hide in Your Shell is a must listen too! About insecurity and longing. Supertramp, my first concert ever - Toronto 1979
How about Montreal 1979outdoirs at Jarry Park where the Expos used to play . . . . The best of times!! Too bad this Modern world is all screwed up.
@@angelokritsilas775 Loved the Expos! Too bad about their demise.
Dreamer, Give a Little Bit, The Logical Song, Fool's overture, Breakfast in America, Even in the Quietest Moment so many to choose from.
A band like no other - these guys were insanely good. What a great reaction and great introduction to Supertramp!
I saw them on this tour in 1978. Ive listened to the album hundreds of times between 1978 and 86. Fantastic album!!!!
🎶School🎶 the unmatched and dearest one!
Hit number 1 in Brazil radios in 1976/1977, among with 🎶"Give a little bit"🎶
School, what a trip!!
Thanks for this reaction Stacey. Anything Supertramp does is amazing. I put them in the same category as Steely Dan - top-notch writing, complicated arrangements with many different instruments, a wide variety of styles and I never get tired of listening to them.
This album was my introduction to Supertramp - the whole album is wonderful
That album has some amazing songs. I absolutely love the title song. Breakfast In America is another amazing album with some great songs. Roger Hodgson (lead singer) must be in his 70s now, but some of his recent concerts, where he performs many of the Supertramp songs, and which can be found on UA-cam, show that his voice is just the same and sounds wonderful.
Dead right. Roger Hodgson is still worth going to see.
Same here, top 5. Amazing band!
Crime of the Century and Even in the Quietest Moments are the two albums to check out.
Crisis? What Crisis?, Even in the Quietest Moments, just keep listening from beginning to end.
I have been a fan since the 70`s, I went to their last tour together in 1983, I have the poster framed , the T-shirt and ticked also framed .
The bass on this was what got me into learning it myself. It is very percussive and really drives the whole album.
I remember as a kid sitting in the living room on the floor in the corner next to the stereo with headphones on and this 8-track playing and as noted already you can listen to this entire album all the songs are good.
Can someone explain why Supertramp have not been inducted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame?
Because the RRHoF has a hate-on for all things prog.
Because their lyrics are anti-establishment. Crime of the Century is about big pharma...
Awesome. Can’t wait to see you react to more of Supertramp and especially from this particular album
Supertramp fait parti des plus grands groupes de rock de l'histoire. Le titre "Crime of century" me donne tjs la chair de poule. Kiss from France.
Excellent Supertramp music;
Take the long way home
The Logical song
Give a little bit
Peace & Strength girl. Love your work.
The Logical Song lyrics are just priceless...
Do Crime of the Century. Like, seriously.
oh, and do Roxy Music-If There is Something
Hi Stacey,
Great reaction to an awesome band & A great song.
Personally speaking,
I suggest you stay with the
Crime Of The Century
Album first before branching out into more of their amazing library.
Whether you do a full album reaction or just enjoy this album on your own
personal time, It's truly one to listen to all at once.
Though even if you decide to react to each song of this album one at a time,
You definitely won't be disappointed.
The great thing about Supertramp was they sounded just as good as their album's live.
Was fortunate enough to see them during this album tour, along with quite a few other time's
during the 70's & early 80's.
"Please let me know in the comments below what I should react to next!"
Well, Stacey, after listening to this song it is logical that you next listen to "The Logical Song".
Keep on rocking ❤
Greetings from Barcelona ❤
One of Supertramp's most underrated album was Brother Where Ya Bound. It took me several listen throughs to get the music, but it came! Now, that's my go to album. I've listened to Breakfast in America so much that I know it by heart, so Brother Where Ya Bound makes for a nice change up. Definitely worth a listen to.
Brother where you bound also contains some guitar work from David Gilmour
GREAT THAT AND MANY MORE OF THEIR TRACKS STACEY x.
FOOLS OVERTURE,LOVER BOY,DOWNSTREAM,
FROM NOW,CHILD OF VISION,GOODBYE STRANGER,IT'S RAINING AGAIN AND LOGICAL SONG INCREDIBLE ALL xxx
🍾🎵👌🎹🎷🎤
I could listen to that piano interlude all day long.
I'm pleased you have caught up with Supertramp. They have been a huge favourite of mine since the mid 70's. They are a massively underrated band.
Love Supertramp. Another vote for Logical Song and Long Way Home.
One of the best live concerts I ever attended.............one of the rare groups that sounded better live than the studio versions......
Stacey, I have one request: please make a video of you listening to the song, “Magic Power” by the band called “Triumph”. Either the original studio recording or the live version of the band at a summertime outdoor concert in 1983!
I hope you might be able to do that soon! Thanks again, Stacey! U Rock!! 👍😎👏
