it is the most beautiful car in the world😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Finally! Someone that cleans their car before they work on it!👍
We had too... it was nasty. Thanks for watching!
Feels good to be the best 😉
It’s good to see your father and a daughter work on her car. I know when y’all are finished when it’s gonna look awesome so good luck to you.
Thanks! I hope to give her a running and driving project car. Something she can work on over time, but still enjoy. We appreciate all the support!
Great. Video 👍
You kind of remind me of Hank from Hamilton Villegas farms. He is working on a square body with his 2 grand daughters. Your daughter is doing a good job. Mustang floor looks good
I'll have to check them out! Thanks for watching!
Ashleigh....❤
Making progress.
Slow but steady
My dream car 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
jiggle the handle!!!! lol, loving the banter and shenanigans. Good work as usual
Kind fun having someone else around.
She is a nut just like her dad 🤣 this will be a cool car when it's done 👍
She kinda is. We truly are having fun doing this.
@@flatbrokegarage I can tell and making memories as you go along winner winner chicken 🍗 dinner 🤣
That was fun watch the two of you work together! Looking forward to more.
Thanks! We truly had a blast
😊
I love watching the father daughter time working together I was a single parent raising my daughter. She is now 36 years old. That just brings back so many memories for me.
Yep, just fills the heart to hang out and work with here. Thanks for watching!
Wow! You even got some shine back in it. I could see your reflection in the door. Looks like you two are having fun. Cool.
We are going to do some more on it. Just had to get rid of that primer. We are having a blast
Cool build! I may have some parts you can have from some of my Mustang jobs. You’ll have to let me know if you’re interested.
Definitely interested in anything! You can email me at flatbrokegaragetn@gmail.com
Floors do look amazing all things considered.
Your daughter is a f(not the f-word)ricking natural! :)
Thanks! She was a bit nervous at first, but we just started to have fun.
I would think unless you’re going to take it out again, on that gas tank to wire wheel where it sits in and shoot rust preventatives spray or paint or something instead of putting it in with it still rusty just my opinion
We actually pulled it back out. My daughter is going to por15 the inside of the entire car. Good catch though
Bill, I'm thinking Ashleigh is stealing the show from you. She really came out of her shell from the last video to this one. It was fun knowing you 🤣🤣
Definitely a great addition to the show. See y'all at Power Tour
We just started to have fun. It's a little odd when there is a camera always around. Unfortunately, due to family issues, I have to pass on Power Tour. I was going to try to make the first 2 days, it just wasn't in the cards this year.
I'm still with you and daughter can't wait to see some more updates, I would follow both you all on Facebook and all that stuff but I'm not real good I do have a Facebook, but I'm real limited you both do real good work God bless you both and family
Thanks, we are just glad you watched
Awesome stuff Bill, playing catch up. You know the deal 😉 loving you are both at it still. Memories for life ❤👌 hope you're doing well 🍻 🇦🇺 👍 🤝 🇺🇲 🦘🦘🏔🏔🦘🦘🍻🇦🇺
Doing great buddy! We are having a blast
@@flatbrokegarage awesome stuff 👏 👌 😎
That's great that your daughter is helping work on the Mustang. Those lug nuts are small compared to the 1 1/2" socket I needed for the M37. My brother and I did the brakes on that one.ua-cam.com/video/i80EJIsmMP4/v-deo.htmlsi=F3lG3G53tOpxsTrX Great to see you two laughing too.
I miss my M37, so simple to work on, I'll check your video out!
It's great to see you and your daughter working together. She looks like she might be a little camera shower maybe a little bit nervous. But she truly acts as if she's loving the car. Used talking about the hunter virus 😉. We all have the hunter virus hunting for another over relic. 😢 Or🤣 on my humor attempt
We definitely have fun together. She is not used to being in front of the camera. It's harder to act "natural" than some people think 😆
@@flatbrokegarage you know by the end of the episodes she seem to be more comfortable. In any case getting a gas tank in and putting a cap on seem to be a great way so basically end the episode and essentially start the process. Look forward to watching the future episodes
@CAROLDDISCOVER-FINDER2525 hope to get another up in a few weeks.
@@flatbrokegarage 👍
Not so sure about the Dialogue!🤡🤡🤡🤡
Drove a 1968 Fastback in highschool. 289 3sp loved that car. Long story. Now (39 years later) I am driving a 1967 Mustang coupe 200 I6, c-4 powder blue, still manual 4 wheel drums, way less speeding tickets so far. Put this blue coupe together in 1996 been driving it on and off ever since 70,000+ miles or more! Joy to work on and drive. Drove it from Florida to Seattle WA. about 20 years ago. Does just fine in Seattle commuter traffic. Can totally relate to flat broke. Got out of the USAF after building jet engine for 10 years, lower back issues. Needed a car, not a car payment. Built that 1967 coupe I drive. Very thin budget.
It's never a problem it's always a project some one once said lol. Check out the inside of your front torque boxes had 5 lbs of dirt in my drivers side box. Had never checked it before. : ) It's empty now. Watch those replacement vendor parts some are as good as oem some are not even close. : )
Great daily driver! I drive my 70 Falcon (the Falcarino) every week. Put 200 miles on it this weekend. We will definitely check the torque boxes. Thanks for watching
you should take the disc brakes off that granada or monarch you got for the motor and put them on the stang,,,,its an easy conversion
You guess it. I'm taking everything. Disc brakes, engine, transmission, radiator, possibly rear-end, and brake booster
@@flatbrokegarage good call
Nice project, you might already know but that Grenada’s entire front disk brake suspension is a bolt on for that mustang if it does not have disk brakes, as is the 9” in the back, keep up the good content.
Thanks! Yep, I'm going to gut that pig 😆 engine, transmission, disc brakes, rear-end, radiator, even the driveshaft if it will work
I work on cars a lot I suggest wearing gloves even if its the disposable type got tired of scrubbing the grease and dirt off my hands for 30 minutes each day.
@splender88 yeah, I really should
I just wish y'all would have cleaned up the surface and maybe primer before putting the new tank in just saying 😁
We actually did off camera after. We used por15. Ashleigh will be back in the next video doing the inside of the entire car.
Nice work. I taught my wife and daughter as well around their motorcycles and the car. I think it’s important. Nicely done.
I agree. When my son was in Boy Scouts, we had a class on basic auto maintenance. How to change a tire, oil, wiper blades a such. Basic information I believe everyone needs.
What good people do give u some parts to the stang u two make a pretty good team Bill and Ashley u came u saw u concord thank u to u both can't wait tell this weekend I can get back out to Erine
He gave me all the used parts, still very cool
Your daughter is very attractive and smart. I'm guessing she's adopted.
Thank God she takes after her mother's side of the family 😆
@flatbrokegarage I have been subscribed to your channel and been watching a long time. I'm glad you can take a joke.
Ya gotta go through life with a smile. Thanks for subscribing!
Good shape for the shape it's in.
Nice progress! Man I had totally forgot about hair and creeper wheels!!!
Me too! I had long hair in the early 80s and I cut it just for that reason. Thanks for watching!
If you need to help hold a fuel oring in use Vaseline. It's petroleum based. We did that in the Airforce.
Yeah... there's that too
@@flatbrokegarage wasn't trying to be a know it all. Was just something I do.
@@1776_Garage any advice I can get is great. I never turn it down
@@flatbrokegarage Same here
We've missed you so happy for a new episode
Thanks for following along!
Silly rabbit drill it out😂
Body. Looks. Very. Solid. Love. Thiss. Body. Style. Thanks
It was a good find for sure
You two must be a lot of fun to hang out with. Tell you what, the buffing made the car look a ton better.
It sure did. I have no idea why they even did that?
My wife has a 6 month old Weiner dog puppy she looks a lot like the one your kid is holding.
He is quite a handful for a little dog 😆
Very nice of you giving her the car man
She deserves it... she works extremely hard. She never truly asks for anything, and I know she has always wanted an early mustang.
Flat broke subscriber checking in on mustang update.
New mustang video on Friday
Great work!if those are rubber o rings make sure it’s rubber grease so it won’t deteriorate the rubber
You are correct
I don't have the problem of getting my hair caught in things! Lol
😆 as we get older, some issues go away, while new ones arise 😆
I'm now subscribed, love the attitude.
Thanks! We truly appreciate it
That's the reason why I no longer have long hair.
😆 🤣 I totally understand,
Your daughter needs to be on more of your videos she brings more humor on your videos and besides it's awesome watching you both work together
I agree! She will be around for most of the Mustang build. However, she has a busy life, mortgage, job, boyfriend, and she's an hour and a half away. She sure is fun to have in the shop though
@@flatbrokegarage I'm glad I didn't have a drink of water when she rolled over her hair LOL
@johnweeks5614 for sure 😆
@flatbrokegarage hahaha and her cussing but then trying to cover it up just made it funnier
She knows how to make her words spicy. Little more than UA-cam will tolerate sometimes 😆
DRY MELON!!
I set up to get all notifications, but didn't. Just wanted to let you know, UA-cam isn't doing their best.
My fault on this one. I put these up about 5 days before they go public and keep them private, then I post them public on a Friday. This one accidentally went public yesterday, then I tried to pull it back down and gave up and made it public 😆 So... it was me
@@flatbrokegarage gotcha, no problem
The floor pans and trunk floor look pretty good.
We got so lucky
Really really nice looking car i really like it
Yeah, we are really happy with it. Think we found a good one
Can’t you put the Granada front disk brakes on that 68 Mustang?
I gutted it. Took everything I could use, even some I can't 😆
@@flatbrokegarage I was surprised when you said you were rebuilding the drum Brakes, I thought a brake upgrade from the Granada would be the first thing on the list
@xozindustries7451 at that time I wasn't 100% sure I was going to get that cat and was just going to drop in a 289 that I already owned
Ashleigh!!!! Love this so much ❤
I think she had fun, what do you think?
She absolutely did. Gonna be watching from on.
Bill, I'm thinking Ashleigh is stealing the show from you. She really came out of her shell from the last video to this one. It was fun knowing you 🤣🤣
Definitely a great addition to the show. See y'all at Power Tour
You need to put a Rolling Stones sticker in the window. "Cause if you try sometimes, you get what you need" 😊
Nice project & good vibes!
Thanks! We are having fun.
Awesome progress you two!
Thanks buddy, see your getting the 300 dialed in too
Love it keep up the good work
Thank you. We are having a blast!
Alot better Mustang than the 67 I just dragged home. Congratulations!
We got so lucky. He had 7 of them there, and this was the easiest to get out
I love a channel with humor and personality. Looks like she can be a good asset to the channel. And those Mustang floors are a Phenomenon. All I can say about that is Lucky...
Thanks so much, it's really fun hanging out with her
Real cool to see you working with your daughter on a project. I was fortunate enough to get to work on one with my daughter. Priceless. Don’t get any better.
You are absolutely right. We have a blast. It truly is how we act. Thanks for watching!
"Not the F word" lol! That was a fun watch! Well done guys!
😆 Daddys little girl
Looking good .
Thanks
Good video you and your daughter working on the car together that is great till next time we'll be watching for you thanks
Thanks! We had a good time
Good stuff
Thanks!
Good job
Thanks!
Love watching but your daughter acts like she dont want to be thereshe dont smile or even look at the camera she makes meel feel like she is mad at me for watching lol
She was a bit nervous doing the video.
She is great really im sure she will loosen up that is a great car my friend i was 16 when i got my first car it was a 66 mustang and i kick myself all the time cause at 18 i traded it for omg i cant believe im gonna sat this a trans am what an idiot i was keep on wrenching young lady your dad has to be proud of you!
@Moondog7974 I'm happy I can help her get a car she truly loves
I still have my first car. 1978 2 door Fairmont. I have owned it since 1995. I am the same age as the car. She will appreciate that car because she has a role in getting it going again
When the Fairmont first came out, I worked at a shop that took care of the Cook County sheriff police cars (Chicago area). At that time, they were going from Torinos to Fairmonts. Got to drive them both. I gained quite respect for them back then. So much lighter.
Let the games begin 😊
I posted this early by mistake. May as well leave it up lol 😆
Indeed
😂😂😂
Great video!!! Looking forward to more.
Thanks! I appreciate you following along
