Everything I've cooked in this unit has come out great ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB ! Everything tastes so good. Some of the recipes I've changed a little to improve the taste. For instance, for french fries which call for no oil, I spray them with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. They come out great! It makes the best toast I have ever eaten. The recipe I use calls for lightly buttering both sides of the bread. It calls for cooking at 400 degrees for 5 minutes on one side and then 2 minutes on the other side. This time has a lot to do with the kind of bread you are using...so keep an eye on it. Also, the fans in this Ninja are a lot stronger than other air fryers. So lay a metal spoon or something on the bread to keep it from flying around. It's a little extra work to use your Ninja as a toaster but it is worth it!
Welcome to the world of airfryer Gita. I am in my 70 a n health conscious, the fryer is so versatile and convenient it's up to the imagination of the user. The three receipes u showed are good. Using the same sort of ingredients n method many other vegetables can be cooked. I am using xxl Phillips air fryer , I hv cooked n baked western, malaysian n indian food. Trial n error prevails as each fryer is different till one gets the correct result. You know , a big chicken can be roasted under 40 mins. Varieties is the spice of life, looking for more receipes from you. Like watching your videos n god bless you.
Hi I am also 65 yrs retired woman interested in cooking with these appliances. Using electric pressure cooker also. But one thing I avoid is nonstick coated vessels maximum which r more harmful than oil. So I am skeptical to buy. What do u think.
Welcome to the air fryer family, aunty. I’ve been using my Philips air fryer for the last 4 years. It’s awesome. This little machine does almost everything, from baking to roasting to frying. Thank you for the lovely recipes. Can’t wait to test them out. Take care.
I appreciate you being active and involved in modern world video and machines. It really a good invention to ladies like me who strive to reduce weight in 60s
Wow its very nice ....From these evolved machines Life has become more easy....to all.....!..Please show some more recipes.....! Mam you are so blessed that you have seen all types of generations from the foods which were cooked using woodfire and today using this magical machines.....!🙏🙏
Welcome to the world of air fryers Mrs. Gita. I am 64 and I have been using Philips air fryer for about 4 years now. I use it to make Indian, Chinese as well as western dishes. For baking also. Not just the young, we at our age can find gadgets like air fryers very sensible, if we learn to use them well. It is an addictive gadget. Drawback being restriction on batchwise quantities. Larger families may find it difficult. Other than that guilt free eating of all tempting dishes is such a relief. Of the three dishes that you have shown I haven’t tried stiffed brinjals, though thinking about it I don’t understand why I didn’t think of it. I roast the big baingan for bartha in the fryer. Might as well roast the stuffed vegetables too. I have not had good success in making our uddina vada so far. Other varieties of vadas like dal vada, Maddur vada or onion pakodas etc come out very well. Cookies and cakes too come out really well. I think the newer models of air fryer ovens - which I haven’t got - are even more versatile. Thank you for the video.
Thanks for the air fryer recipes, Gitaji. I purchased air fryer a few years back but didn't use it much. I cooked only the recipes I knew and was sure about. Watching your video, I am motivated to use it again and try out new recipes. Please share more such recipes. It will motivate me to use AF more often. Thank you...
I agree with everything you say about this gadget. I belong to your generation. By trial and error I have learnt to use it successfully. Thank you for the videos. I am a regular viewer.

Welcome Geeta hi. Finally I am so glad you started to demo the usage of the Air fryer .Si much zero oil actually you will be using . Very good to fry Karelia in that. Cut it long slices with seeds out and just put it in the oven ,brush it with a little bit of Olive Oil ,& it will turn out Karelia dried sticks ,you can just eat it like fry sticks . Later on you can add little bit of salt and chilly powder and shake it in a brown bag and serve line snack .Great enjoy your new gadget .Welcome ti new world of Gadgets . Also less electricity and gas usage.
Good day Gitaji. Good to see you use the air fryer. I have marinated 1-inch square cubes of paneer in Tandoori masala , sprayed a bit of oil and made Paneer kebaba the way you showed the sweet potatoes and used thhose kebabs when making n.indian food. same thing. Makes lovely crisp coconut pieces for paysam etc without need for ghee. I have been using this for over 3 yrs now. I used it for reheating samosas, pakoras, alu paratha . great for roasting cashews and almonds. Enjoy your fryer Gita. Nice to see you after so long.
Love watching your recipes. You make them all look so simple. Very inspired. Many videos and internet have recipes for mostly western and North Indian dishes (good ones but I grew up eating South Indian foods so am slightly partial to them) Have always wondered what South Indian dishes I can make with air fryer. Now I do. You showed all my favorite curries. My comfort foods. Thank you. 🙏🏽 Please do post all other recipes you have come up with. Will look forward to seeing them.
@@GitasKitchen Made sweet potatoes poriyal/vepudu today in air fryer. Came out soooooo good. Even better than on stove. I did not have to baby sit the pan and the clean up was so quick. Sure Thanks. But pls be careful while using any paper in air fryer as it sometimes flies up and gets caught in the machine. so now I avoid using the paper
Definitely healthy. But to make in large quantity i think we need a bigger air frier .for small family this will be fine. Still this will be not feasible for commercial Bajji makers esp road side eateries
I love toasting paneer in the air fryer rather than in a pan where it pops and sputters. Just don’t do it too long or it gets tough. I toss in a tsp of melted ghee then put in single layer. I just cook until it gets a genial golden color. Yum and no popping oil. I was wondering what to do with a dozen small white eggplants. What a wonderful dish.
Gita Mam, superb recipes, especially mirchi bajji,my favourite, in the air fryer.can you give me a recipe for stuffed bitter gourd on a air sujatha prahalada.
Good evening mam u hv given good information abt airfryer But pl clear my doubt As we learnt using micro oven is not hygienic i would like. to know abt it

Thanks, Gita, madam, for the lovely share. Love all your recipes. I recently purchased an airfryer. But don't know how to use it. This is the first video I am seeing. Madam, would be glad if you share more airfryersimple recipes,. I am also a pure vegetarian
Sure Thanks. But pls be careful while using any paper in air fryer as it sometimes flies up and gets caught in the machine. so now I avoid using the paper
Thanks for this...im still debating on buying one..but i probably will
Thank You Aunty for Sharing Healthy Recipes 🙏🙏
Wow…now I want to buy the Air Frier… thanks so much 🙏👏🥰
Lovely recipes Madam , will surely try it out
Thank you aunty, for this beautiful demonstration. It's useful product to buy.
Definitely healthy. But to make in large quantity i think we need a bigger air frier .for small family this will be fine. Still this will be not feasible for commercial Bajji makers esp road side eateries
This is for home cooking only
Excellent upgradation..I going to gift my mother..who is fond of deep drying stuff...love you aunty and Regards to uncle to support you always :)
Thanks a lot Megha
Really amazing and easy recipes with out oil
Thank you so much 😊
Your way of presentation and explanation is really awesome ❤❤
Thanks a lot 😊
I love toasting paneer in the air fryer rather than in a pan where it pops and sputters. Just don’t do it too long or it gets tough. I toss in a tsp of melted ghee then put in single layer. I just cook until it gets a genial golden color. Yum and no popping oil.
I was wondering what to do with a dozen small white eggplants. What a wonderful dish.
Great tip!
Ma'am thank you for this amazing video.... your recipes are very simple n healthy options.
Gita Mam, superb recipes, especially mirchi bajji,my favourite, in the air fryer.can you give me a recipe for stuffed bitter gourd on a air sujatha prahalada.
