Thanks for watching the video Full Branding Case Study: Textile Brand
Awesome video! Please do more of these brand identity videos.
Will do!
10 years ago I would present 4-5 logo concepts. Now I just present 1. lol saves everybody time
I'm more of a digital marketing person than branding, but this really taught that there's more to it than just marketing
Rachel is solid she has a great design process, good stuff.
Hi Jeremy, you are My Idol
Thanks Jeremy! 💜
@@rachelhurry3449 :)
This was so insightful! Love seeing the processes and behind the scenes work. I particularly appreciate you walking us through the initial version, what the client thought about it, and how you worked with them to bring the design to its final version. Good stuff.
I'm beyond curious about how you walked the client through the process of establishing the brands voice, values, customer profiles! What are the questions to be asked? What are the prompts? I want to know all about that! 😆
You should check Stylescapes by The Futur for an in-depth look on that
Yeah, me too. I would love to know more about the strategy part of the project.
Loved this! It was so helpful to see the whole process laid out like that and how you interacted with the clients.
Yes, make more. It was very inspiring. I especially liked how you were so honest about yourself and your process. Thanks.
I loved seeing your process, thank you for providing such a thorough service to your clients, I feel that you helped them immensely!
Wow! That was amazing! Thank you for keeping it real and going into all these details about your process, very refreshing to see a different take on things. Definitely would be interested in seeing more content like this. 👍🏻👍🏻
This is quite eye-opening. Made me realize some aspects I have been overlooking so far. Thank you
Your process is super-inspiring. All of the ideation and the way you approach the process so calmly. This is amazing.
I love the idea of doing multiple mood boards early in the stage that way they chose the best feel for them. However I also agree that showing them 2-3 design concepts is also a great idea. I think it depends on the time: budget you have available.
What I love about this case, is that it shows the importance of empathy towards the client and their brand. You really delved into the business, their needs, wants and how they think. Great stuff!
It's like everytime I'm working on a project you post a video that's exactly the type of insight I need. lol Amazing work with the Brand as well.
You´re definitely one of my two favorite designers here on Flux. I LOVE listening to you while I work.
This content is incredible! Thank you for the detail and full display of your creative process! I'd love to know more about the prompts you give clients/workshopping techniques!
This was awesome would be nice if you showed more of what was inside your folders or even shared a folder organization structure. Overall very helpful and insightful.
I loved every bit of this video. Thanks, Rachel!
Inspiration is over the moon right now. I love your thought process!
This video was awesome! Thank you so much for this breakdown 🥰☺️❤️
Watching from Ghana.🙏
Nicely said and done. I am in the process of doing a full brand, which was perfect topic for review, inspiration and using alternative methods. Thank you.
She shows actual design processes, well done 👍🏻
This was incredibly helpful with structuring my first full branding proposal for a potential new client this week. I'll be joining the new branding mastery course shortly!
Amazing! Very insightful! I am very new to branding and design, so its good to know at all levels the chaos in the design process exists. I learned a lot from this video and Rachel does an amazing job explaining the process she herself goes through.
And please do make the video of explaining the idea of presenting more mood boards and less logos. I often find it difficult to present themes to clients and not confuse them. How does one present moodboards that will certainly reflect in the final brand assets later? The mismatch later often makes me go back and repeat the previous step. Thank you.
Please do! I loved this video! Woke up and saw it on my recommendations. Watched it on the wayyyy to work. Learned a lot and got super inspired.
I’m a fellow designer myself and to see someone walk people through the branding steps is vital. There were areas as a Graphic Designer who does a lot of branding, that I didn’t know.
This is SO helpful. great! Would love to see more about the hole folders and actual data you give to your client. What formats and how you pack it together etc.
It has been such a long time since I worked on a branding project and your videos are so helpful - I'm watching all and subscribing. Thank you! :)
Love it! Thank you so much guys ❤️
This is so useful, love this we need more videos like this very specific and explained.
Wonderful value and so much insight here. Thank you!

Amazing! Thank you so much for sharing, it was extremely useful! Would love to see more similar content
Rachel's the best
Very inspiring, thank you for sharing 😊
Vey interesting indeed. Thank you.
I would be up for more like this.
Killer case study Rachel! I’ve been knocking out a few branding projects and seeing your process helped me see where I can improve. We could even make a style guide a subdomain of their website so they can access and update it as they grow. Super sweet logo btw 🤘🏼
That's a brilliant idea!
Thank you Rachel, your brand process saved me this early morning and yanked me out of "my own spiraling rabbit hole" when designing my own brand. Sincerely. Keep up your wonderful work, great rote insight and absolutely fundamental designer pov. Cheers!!!
Happy to hear it helped!! Sending you creative vibes 💙
I'm just starting out and I've learned alot from this!
This is a great high level overview. Love what you did with the letter R in the typeface. If anyone was curious, the typeface is called "TAN-KINDRED". You can find it in Creative Market.
I'm soo impressed with your design skills
this was beautiful, thank you 🙌🏽
Thanks Rachel, really useful video and some very helpful tips! Looking forward to more!
Glad it was helpful!
This was so helpful. Thank you!
AMAZING AND VERY USEFULLY FOR ME . THANKS
Wow!!!! This is incredibly helpful!!!!
Would love to see more videos on this topic. Very well presented and organized.
More to come!
@@FluxAcademy Please! very informative !
This lady Right here is a Genius!! I love watching you videos! They are super valuable
Glad to hear!
This is a really great Project, Rachal you did embedded a lot of values in this.
I'd love to know if we'd the granted the access to the resource files for deeper and more comprehensive study, I'd really appreciate that.
Thanks Flux!
The best series out There
@ 18:50 I think it really still is a structured process. There were a lot of steps that led to this point and by the time you'd decided what direction to go, that instinctive part of you can kick in and guide you to that "Eureka" moment. But your instinctive decisions were generally driven by an already structured set of processes.
I love all of Rachel's videos, more of Rachel please! Is there a Rachel playlist?
I am a student 1 who learning Branding by itself, and this video is very helpful for me. because no one tells and shows what happens in the real branding projects. and in this video, I see a lot of useful things and tips. seems she is an expert. so Thanks a Lot. ✌😃❤
thank you. was wery helpfull! ❤❤❤
This should be good. Will watch this later! Thanks
Thank you for this
Really awesome work, great job.
Thanks a lot!
That's so similar to my brand creation process, that when someone ask me for it now, I'll just link this video 😂
This was Lovely informative, insightful Thank you very much indeed :) Thanks!!!!!
How AWESOME is that?!
Great video!!
thank you for this - it was so interesting. My question is as a fellow designer, how do you factor in all the iterations when you originally quote a client. What if they decide to go in a totally different direction halfway through the process or change the original brief?
i appreciate your efforts for us ❤ i have humble request for Rachel can you make a video on Full brand guidelines / how to make it looks cool, I will appreciate it too much
Hello from South Africa. 😊
great video!
Wow
great design process, Fantanstic video!
Awesome, tremendous
Well done :)
Love learning about the whole process. Can you do a video on how you go from sketching on paper/tablet to bringing it into AI and making them into vector form?
Great idea!
Thank you so much! Want more brand building vedio.
This was awesome would be nice if you showed more of what was inside your folders or even shared a folder organization ... Love From Bangladesh Dear...
Thank you so much for that video it is helpful and enjoying to listen to thought processes :) One thing that could be better with that long video is to separate sections of the video and name them.
Such an informative content! Thank you a lot! It`s quite difficult to grasp the knowledge when speaker is so cute and attractive! :)
really great 👍
Great stuff help me design as well
Thank you.
This is great. Does the brand share publicly the brand style guide? I also use CORE but I noticed here and there a slight difference and would like to take a longer look to the file, of course, if possible... Great content! Keep it coming!
This was really insightful. I find that my process is quite similar to yours as well - the chaos. How long did this project take in total?
It was about 6 weeks in total ☺️
@@rachelhurry3449 It doesn't price the process, but imprudent question, how much is the estimate for this wonderful work?
I think the approach you have on stylescapes vs mood boards is opposite of what I do. However my stylescapes tend to be ore in depth and is 2 to 3 in separate artboards. I'll give your way a try.
This is amazing!
Those mockups look great, could you give any insights on where we could find those?
You can check out Creative Market, Moyo Studio and Envato Elements ☺️
Awesome
I'm from Pakistan. I love this video.
Great video make some more video on this. What question we should ask from client when it says i want to design a website on this please guide for this
thank you sir
So so interesting, thank you for sharing! Do you have an education in branding? This process looks awesome...
Fantanstic video! A point of feedback, be mindful of tapping on the desk as this causes bangs in the audio.
Very good outlook on how you did the case. Is it possible to share your brand discovery pdf?
Yes, old Logo a little bit looks created in 70th, but I catch it after your description only
Great stuff, Rachel! Love seeing other designers processes. Any chance you guys may post this style guide template? I would love an .INDD file that auto populates page numbers etc like it seems like you've done in the table of contents. More content on branding, please!
Why don't you check out The Futur's style guide template kit? I use it a lot as a reference point for my clients.
@@banbury.cheese I have considered purchasing it
This would be awesome, if you're willing to share it Rachel 🤞🏻
@@banbury.cheese Could you please give a reference link? I'd love to check that out. Thanks

Brilliant work!
Similar to SA. In Nigeria we also suffer from payment gateways which limits the type of work I would love to do on Webflow.
We have paystack over here which was aquaried by Stipe a while ago but nothings come of it so far.
