Happy to see some diversity on the cookers. I run a diverse types of fuel ( still don't have a pellet cooker, not in a rush on that) and I don't know why some folks say it's not "authentic " bbq unless- - - , well you understand. If your going to grill and time is in short supply propane is a great fuel source. Clean, inexpensive, easy-to-use and when done properly safe. For a grill with a couple of decades under her belt she's looking good and definitely overdue for a new regulator. Some years back I started to always buy a second regulator when buying the replacement because sometimes regulators last several years, and sometimes they don't. Last thing. That grill looks like it could use a complete go through at the end of this season. Show her some love and clean up the hole unit. But overall she looks good. It's sad when I see some folks throwing out a grill that's only a couple of years old because they are having troubles with it. You can tell by looking at it that they never once cleaned it.
