I would have been crying... As a Driver.... You pull your ass over.. Call into base and WAIT FOR ANOTHER BUS.....
I'm sueing the district and the bus driver. Them kids could have been kidnapped or hit by a car sue the hell outta them.
The bus and bus driver were not certified? That is inexcusable. I hope this was fixed after everything that happend...and I hope his mama sued.
Why didn't the bus driver stay at the scene
I drive school bus ,if any incident happens students are never put off the bus unless safety is a concern ie fire. to leave your students and then supposedly go around the corner is suspect as is the no accident policy. The best of drivers can have an accident, only a fool would leave children like this. Something is wrong here.
Fired for a minor accident? I don't think so. The bus company is covering something up.
My kids would be so lost 😔
Yes they would. The bus company i was with when I went to school never made me get off the bus before I reached my house. I no longer live in that house because I’m in a group home now,Dannie. Going on 6 years next June. I was put here because my mom was failing from Alzheimer’s. She died in March of last year
@@thejoshsings894 what's a group home?

It’s a home where a group of people with disabilities are put to become independent and do things for themselves. I have been in a group home for about 6 years next June. Actually,my group home is an apartment building. And I’m learning to cook,do laundry and other things. We get to go off grounds and do fun things.
@@thejoshsings894 I'm glad you have the opportunity to be in a home like that. I'm sorry you have a disability, just never give up! Life is giving you an opportunity. I hope you one day become independent and if not, I hope you're always surrounded with lovely people that care about you and will be there for you. 😊 I wish you the very best!

Thank you so much for those kind words,Dannie. Dannie, will you be my UA-cam friend? Since my mom passed last year,i have felt sad about it but knowing that she doesn’t have to suffer anymore is a blessing. She’s up in heaven with her parents. Having a disability like the one I have hasn’t stopped me from doing anything. I’ve been to Washington,DC twice,
Ocean City,Maryland once, the rock and roll hall of fame 3 times and i’m an uncle 3 times to 3 nieces. And I promise you I’ll never give up.
so the buses aren't certified and have no permanent licenses. and these companies are privately owned.
and if this is the level of care for transportation, what kind of education can these babies be getting?
Honestly, I have a neighbor with a kid in a charter school and this is par for the course as far as honesty and accountability.
Poor kids...
Mom should sue
This is soo sad 😢🙏🏾🙏🏾
The fact that this bus company has a no accident policy should be grounds for them to be investigated by authorities. Accidents happen. It’s not pointing the at anyone but to say that a good driver gets behind the wheel and out of the blue gets into an accident means they can no longer work at this company sounds to me that they need to change their policy. The driver should have been arrested for leaving the scene of the accident.
agreed! ridiculous
This is why all busses should have seatbelt on them no matter the passengers
