I installed my copy on my windows 32 bit system and copied the contents of the file over to my windows 10 system and it works with a bit of compatibility settings. You still need the disc to have it work however. It's also good to hear this variation of the f/a-18 is gonna be in DCS soon!
Glad it worked for you. I always had troubles with Hornet 3.0 on XP - coudn't get the jostick to work. PSF on the other hand works fine on Win 10 64-bit.
