To be fair, if you drink a lot of caffeine on the regular, it won’t make you feel like your heart is going to explode! But if you’re not used to it, then yes, that can be a big issue.
I personally don't any longer support black rifle coffee company. After Matt Best came out against Kyle Rittenhouse I wouldn't purchase anything from them even if it was the absolute best.
While I support 2A and am a gun owner, I don't support Kyle Rittenhouse or what he did in Kenosha (despite him being found "not guilty" by reason of self-defense, why would he have shown up there with an AR-15 if he didn't intend to do what he did?). I have mixed feelings about BRCC after that whole thing and a few other things (like the Starbucks controversy and their stance on the Muslim ban). I like to support veteran-owned businesses, especially as a disabled veteran myself. People assume veteran-owned equals conservative-aligned, and that just isn't always the case, but Best has managed to blur the lines in an unfavorable way, being very unclear about his positions to try to stay on shelves. That said, one of my favorite shirts is a BRCC shirt. Business owners have the right to their own opinions and beliefs, and we as consumers have the right to make a choice about where we spend our money. And frankly, I don't think their coffee is the best (as evidenced in this video!). 🙂
Nice content, because coffee is important! Have you ever tried the “Four Sigmatic” line of coffee? They have instant and grind versions. I’m a black coffee person,too, and I drink the instant every day as well as in the backcountry. And you and your SO are relationship goals ;)
Thank you so much! Yes, coffee is super important. And I'm very lucky that Mountain Goat found me! I haven't tried that one yet, but I'll have to check it out. I carry instant to work and sometimes have it at home, so I really love having some options that I truly enjoy.
Thanks for the tip, Diane! I keep some in small Nalgene bottles for work, and sometimes take those on my trips instead of the packets. I save med bottles for all kinds of things, too!
