Back 3/4 (Lazy Back) Variations!

  • Happy New Year, folks!
    These ones are a lot of fun; the shape changes require a bit more patience and confidence than simply staying extended (in a lay or half lay position) and they're excellent drills for developing your kickout on trampoline.
    Please let me know which variations were your favorites in the comments below! I'm partial to the Thread one, surprise surprise 😂

      Thank you! Kicking out was always one of the things I struggled with on trampoline; while they could still use a ton of work, I find that doing 3/4 flips is a great way to drill!

    Damn the thread was SICK! If you are brave enough to do rodeo and pockets (I'm not f that lol).... maybe rodeo holding all the way to stomach?
