I’ve been thinking about putting up this video for awhile to share some pros and cons based on my experience. I may have not included all, but these are what I’ve thought about the most while working. THIS IS CERTAINLY BASED ON MY LOCATION. Hope this video helps before you consider yourself for becoming a temp hygienist :)

whooo, loved the video! im so glad you stuck it out temping, i can only imagine how challenging it is in the beginning. but doing 2x week at first before moving up is a smart way to start so it's not overwhelming. i didn't really understand what you meant though about receiving reviews being a con? it didn't seem like you really talked about why it's a bad thing in the video so i guess i'm not following....
Hey! Sorry about the confusion. I meant to say it could be a con because you get reviews after each shift (depending on which agency/platform you use). And if you start getting bad reviews, it’s going to impact your profile. Then, not a lot of offices will love to have you as a temp and you may not be receving bookings. So, we gotta have good attitude, respect, and be approachable. Hope this helps!

What type of benefits? Health/pto? Etc
@laticiasands847 Some temping agencies do have health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and scrub allowance for employees (for those who work full time or through the agency app & it automatically adds up by your working hours)

감사합니다😊. 템핑하는곳에 따라 달릅니다. (Depending on the agency or platform) 어떤곳은 w2 를 주고 어떤곳은 1099 이라 텍스에따라 많이 내야할수도 있어요. 저는 두개 다 받고해서 제가 따로 keep track하고 save up 하고있습니다. 텍스에대해서는 내년에 제가 경험해보고 자세히 알려드릴수 있을것같습니다 :)
