Hi. I really like your videos and how honest you talked about being a dental hygienist. Can you make a video about benefit, compensation, and or retirement plan for temp and full time Dental Hygienist, if there is any. Thank you.

Great idea! I do have videos regarding all of this inside the Dentalelle RDH course if interested?! I go into them in great detail because they can be very very confusing and a lot for one video. You can see it here if you like! www.dentalelle.com/dentalellerdh.html

No, I never did but there are some out there! I looked on Facebook groups in my area, and that was all that was needed

Excellent advise. Should we go for commission based? If yes, then what % is acceptable?

soham patel good question! I’ve never worked on commission but I know some offices do. Can you ask someone in your area?

I got a job interview but they pay on the basis of commission. Honestly, I'm not sure which one is better hourly pay or commission based.

soham patel I've heard both are good, it depends on how many patients you see, etc. For example, if you have a lot of no shows or cancellations you won't make any money. But..if you get paid hourly, you still earn a wage when someone doesn't show

You're talked about billing and units of cleaning. Are you in Canada or the U.S?

Hi! I’m interested and signing up for your online tutoring I just want to know what state you are from and if that makes a difference being that all states have different laws
