Bmw n57 Engine sound

Mine Made also this sound , and the engine broke after 15.000km

Edocars interesting mine is like this since i own it, only has this sound after hard racing and then ,and once everything cooled down its back to normal ,, mechanic said every engine even two same type engine sounds different 😓

No Idea I sold the car I think it was Injector rather then engine
