Salve 🙋‍♂️ again my favorite neighbors G & T ...luv this latested video !!! Well done. Things are really looking great !!!! The new 152 cm kitchen windows is 'bomb' 🤜💥🤛 and as I was watching I though "how cool Gary's green pants" as an ode to the slime that slowly disappears from the walls & ceiling. Keep the progress videos a-coming. I like how you 'tease us' at the very end of the video... look closely 🤓 the flooring is already in :)

Hi guys. Looks great! But could you please break down the renovation costs? Also, did you do any of the renovations or was it all contractors? The prices of these houses are very inviting but all the UA-cam shows don’t say what it costs to renovate. Thanks from Alberta Canada.😊
