as far as i remember, he didn't really feel ashamed, not because he was fascist or a nazi, but because he didn't shoot an unarmed and wounded soldier who also just tried to survive (and even it's a question that that soldier really was Hitler, or not, because some military documents say he wasn't there, Hitler says he was spared one time by a british, but didn't specify on which part of the front, so it's kinda a clusterfuck)

the artwork is incredible, props to you! But from a historical standpoint, sustained artillery fire or gas attacks almost always means the bombarder was about to go over the top, not the other way around.
Yes but early in the war when gas masks weren't as widely available the gas settled in the trenches, so you had to either suffocate and die or go over the top and pray
the "all quiet on the westerfront " theme is fantastic

The tensions between the forest and the factories has grown even further causing a war to break out. Hundreds of millions have died on both sides. They still stand their ground. This war could go on for almost around 5 years. Wave 1
The first wave attack from the factories involved with trenches being filled with body’s and covered in blood. Some soldiers have
tarted fearing for how deadly this war may actually be…
Second Wave- The forest’s turn to attack. They put up a good fight but not enough. Death is almost a common occurrence now in the trenches. Food and water is slowly going empty for both sides. Will they both save the white flag once their shares of rations are gone?
Third Wave- food is low but now gas masks have been handed out. But not for the forests. The Factories would start a gas attack and run through it to take them by surprise. Almost 9,000 were killed in the gas attacks. This was a big defeat for the forests.
Fourth Wave- Food and water are completely gone for both sides. Meaning they have the find food and find any source of drinkable liquids. The only sources though are from the mud and sludge of the trenches. The food though. No food sources except soldiers looked at the holes rats hide in and knew what they would have to eat… The battle begins. THE FOREST is now attacking with gas and they have gas masks. They weren’t meant to attack but it was an ambush. Once the soldiers without masks were in the middle of the battle grounds, bombs fell from planes above exploding with gas, killing many. The Forest one the battle.
Fifth Wave- No food but rats and sludge for water. Gas masks are ripped up and now they are fighting with bayonets. Many want the war to end and many want to just go home and let the war go on. Sadly there was no way for an enemy to talk to another enemy without killing at first. The wave starts. The factories have one more chance to win the war due to the amounts of water supply and food supply for their team. The factories one. Nobody is winning now.
SIXTH WAVE Final wave- The forest have planned and they finally have a chance. They are going to sneak in at night and kill them all. They go to the trenches and massacre them all and take the trench. The factories though have placed land mines in them for a trap. The Lorax looks at the mud and notices it looks like it’s been rigged with land mines. “Land Mines!” The Lorax shouted. Every body jumped out of the trench but the ones who were to slow died. The factories on the other hand finally ran out of food and resorted to finding more sources like rats and sludge. Both sides were at a tight spot. Then the factories were bombed by the forests and finally what after seemed like a lifetime, the factories had raised the white flag. The Forests did it. They destroyed the enemy forces. This would be the war to end all wars.
Around 10,000,000 soldiers from the Forests perished.
Around 120,000,000 soldiers from the Factories perished.
Again this would be the war to end all wars…
Until the son of the Factories leader would soon become a dictator and live to do one thing and one thing only… eradicating all of…
The Trees. This would cause a Second World War.
Or also known as the slaughter of the trees.

I love how you use a mustard packet to represent the ‘mustard gas’ which was the deadliest poisonous gas in WW1 used by the Germans to defend their country from the war against Russia. Keep it up man I like these videos❤
