This is exactly what i needed, just starting out and have my first client Monday. Most of these channels are just guys comparing 15 different soaps or sealants
@@reedaskey6065 it went great, it took me longer than it needed to being overly picky and you really learn quickly some of the things that will help out. Mine was inside a garage and I found it tough to see to vacuum so in this situation a head lamp or a good bright light would help out because when you get in the sunlight any spots you missed show up right away. Also being super organized is really key. I spent 20 mins just getting crap together
@@RyanDaysSocks that’s awesome man, glad it went well overall! Thanks for sharing. I feel you on the headlamp or light part. I ran into that doing my own car in my buildings wash bay and It’s probably best to get a light or lamp sooner than later. The last thing I’d want is for my customer to drive outside and just see missed spots. That’s a Detailers nightmare. Did you do a walk around with the customer after to get their approval?
Anybody who has an interest in detailing as a business or just doing your own car you cannot go wrong with this channel or Apex. MAD RESPECT FROM EAST LONG BEACH 💯
Great video...packed with a lot of helpful information!!!! I like how you reinforce to keep it simple & not to stress over things by overthinking it!!! Also, great job in paying it forward!!!
Great video, very practical. As a hobbyist I love having CarPro Perl on hand for plastics and rubbers. I also love the versatility of rinseless wash, been enjoying P&S Absolute.
Excellent video! Can you suggest a good brand spray bottle to use with heavy duty cleaners such as all purpose cleaners, wheel/tire cleaners, etc... TIA
What wash cloth or wash mitt do you recommend? I bought a dozen of wash mitts from Menards so that I always use a clean mitt when I am washing my truck, I dont want to risk scratching the clear coat with a contaminated wash mitt but I still managed to scratch the clear coat with a clean wash mitt!
When your talking about using a dedicated paint prep to remove wax or sealant you never said what kind of product. I've always used a claybar and descale soap but it doesn't always work. What is something that's a for sure sealant killer?
Your method is a true example of the KISS method. KISS = Keep It Simple Stupid. I would get excited at first and buy multiple items/brands. I have simplified as you have stated and I am way more efficient. Hands down Rinseless wash for glass cleaner is SO DAMN GOOD!!!! You combine that with a dedicated glass microfiber towel(s).. its the best combo!
He saved me a big step. I’m foaming my car so I no longer need a wash bucket. I’m not doing the proper dilution mix. I’m using to much chemical which may for one be to harsh on what I’m cleaning and 2 may end up leaving a chemical smell and film behind.
Great videos and content. Learned a lot from your awesome videos bro. Question, so you use any PPE gear such as respiratory masks, safety glasses etc. to protect from inhaling? Is this necessary when using so many chemicals as there can have long term effects? Thanks✌!
Hey..oscar . My city has only 1k searchs for mobile car detailing here in Sydney. How can i get customers with such a less volume even if i succeeded in doing seo or ads? I am very confused bcoz i am in middle of process and stucked.
Love your videos! I am curious though to what foam cannon you use? I have a chemical guys one but it's not a big mouth and definitely looking to upgrade to one. Thx 🙏
kirkland are fine. Anytime they are somewhat dirty move them to wheel/tires/engine. Only step up from kirkland once you have consistent traffic. Then move to edgeless 500s or something
