    Do you need to worry about removing the seeds?

      Some do and some don't. Seeds add some tannins that can help provide structure and aging potential for the wine. Wines with moderate tannin levels tend to age better, as tannins act as a natural preservative.

    Way too much yeast. 6 packs of yeast unheard of.

      Right? 1 packet usually does 5 gal. Is this to ferment quicker?
