    The last thing I want to do is put the awning together (attaching the fabric)..It should be all together.... Attach fabric to Tube Roll fabric over tube Assemble Awning frame Attach fabric to frame Attach Fabric Tube to frame Attach the valance secure the vallance way to much work for me..

      Yes it is a bit of work, but easier than lifting it to the brackets.

    Thanks for the great video. Does the distance between brackets have to be even? I guess I have to install the brackets into the studs which are not evenly positioned behind the stucco.

    Great job putting this video together as you were installing. Took me 5hrs to install. Hardest part is the orientation of the fabric bc there’s a top and bottom, so my advice to anyone doing research/installing - take your time with attaching the fabric to the roll bar and the front bar. Pay attention to the ends as one side is square and the other is round. Pay attention to how you roll up the fabric and how it dispenses out, making sure the top side is actually on top. The rest is fairly easy with some handy-man skills. Good luck everyone.

      Looking at the remote control, it isn't obvious how to open it. But to open it, use a sharp knife at the side to pry it open. I hope this helps.

It's great to see that this is a very well constructed and very secure gazebo !     Wouldn’t you underlap the top piece of the repair piece to keep water from getting inside the repair? And overlap the bottom of the repair piece?

      You can if you want. For the most part, it likely doesn't matter which way you lap it regarding the water, as the water should drain out of the corner at the bottom.

      I did lay it over the existing lawn, but I sprinkled a little top soil on it first to give the grass something to use until the old lawn had a chance to decay. This was still a lot easier than digging up the old lawn :-)

      @@diyourhouse2 I've assembled gazebos before and I anticipated this exact problem with roof panels however I didn't have any issues at all with this Home Depot gazebo... everything went together perfectly… Knock on wood

      You can try relying on silicone caulking where they overlap.

      The aluminum under the decking directs the water to the gutter.

    Wrong kind of outside faucet. Nowadays they suggest a anti-siphon outside faucet. Keeps it from freezing in winter time. What it does is moves the actual valve stopper is inside the wall. That way when it turns off about 12 in of water will drain out of the faucet to the outside and not leave pressurized water exposed to the elements

      It should work fine if you keep it watered good for the first year. I don't have the front lawn on youtube, but it's doing great!! I will be doing the follow-up video on my back lawn later this year.

      It's only a light shade of blue. It could be that the batch you're using is old.
