@@jayleigh_bee Just to paint the picture. I am a big surly so and so, martial arts instructor, MMA fighter, bouncer in the bars. Nothing much gets to me. And here I was bawling my brains out start to finish. Pretty torqued they left us hanging, So thank you! 😁🤤👍

I absolutely do not know how people can mistreat dog’s especially puppies it’s heart breaking .
There are farms and farms .In weird way she is well out of there .
Coukd farmers have hardened hearts toward animals in order to be able to raise them for food?
@@lulubell6148 I think farmer tend to view their live stock as a commodity, as a business product so they can detach their feelings..Do they feel this towards other animals, no they have pets,cats,dogs horses etc that they care about. Just my thoughts

Oh, poor baby! It broke my heart when Scott was examining her legs and she started crying in pain. She is such a precious little girl. I saw this awhile back on one of the full episodes and had to watch it again.
Same here. I teared up a bit. Me and my family used to have a border collie mix, they're wonderful dogs. So this hit home for me.
Yet they wanna take ages filming walking in and showing her too the staff before getting her pain relief

My dad had a dog that went blind as she got older and she learned to get around by mostly listening to her environment and smelling everything. She could actually go outside by herself and relieve herself and come back to the house without any problems

My dog is both blind and deaf. Healthy though. I hardly let her out of my sight. She is an inside dog. I go out with her on a leash.
I love her even more because she's blind, a muscle issues and skinny. She's precious! Poor thing. I hope she shows the world how courageous she is. 🌻💙

Gill's dedication to saving dogs IS amazing! I love how Scott talks to Malala, letting her know she's going to get eye drops, that everything's okay, etc. His love for and commitment to animals are admirable.

I had a border collie like this dog. She was very “floppy”. Scarlett had asthma & congenital heart defect. She wasn't blind & she could walk, but she flopped her head around like this little dog!! She was the sweetest dog!!!
Maybe mrs Cajundaegoes little border collie had that brain and spine disease!l had a border collie 16 years she was the darlingest dog,l loved her to bits,dead31 years and l still miss her.she came from a farm..
When the puppy started yelping around the 3:20 mark, my pittie sat up and tried to lick my phone to make it feel better. ❤

Precious little baby was neglected wherever she came from but now she has a chance at a life of being loved and cared for like the Princess she is. I don't care what her handicaps are I would adopt her in a heartbeat. ❤❤❤❤

I had a blind dog once. She never knew she was blind from birth and was the happiest dog. Corgi mix
I just adopted a corgi that's partially blind, he can barely see a couple feet in front of him. The love I have for him has no bounds.
Man alive, I don't know how they do this without bawling their eyes out - heartbreaking, that poor little puppy girl. I'd keep them all. The whole lot. Beautiful, adorable creatures.

I doubt every video is demonetized. This video was on my homepage and I'm not even subscribed which means UA-cam is wanting people to watch his videos aka the algorithm. I mean, he has a show, we don't have to pay him to watch something he already gets paid for. This isn't made for youtube.

I just got a border collie puppy and it breaks my heart watching this sweet girl struggle. This breed is so incredible and I love my pup so much. I hope she finds her forever home

So many new born puppies never had to given proper nutrients to grow healthy. However, some puppy like Lola got lucky to be rescued by kind human then to be treated with passionate doctors so we need to celebrate for good works of humanity. We also need to keep eye on any animals in needed of human help at all times. Thank you good people!!
I rescued two blind senior dogs that were dumped. I got them separately. One is a Mini Poodle, the other a Malti-Poo. The Poodle was in the sick bay of a shelter and they only trotted him out when I repeatedly asked if there were any poodles hidden anywhere. "Well, he has an eye problem", they said. I was so mad that that they did not mention him to me at the start. I had searched the shelter for a small poodle as this was the dog that was a good fit for me. Remy came out (that's him in the image icon), looked dazed and disoriented. I immediately said I would take him! He stepped out of that concrete jail into the sunlight never to be alone again. He had two bad eyes - cataracts. I had the best specialty vet treat him and he functions well now. Goes for 5 mile hikes with me, eats beef and chicken burgers and home made meals and a host of supplements. Has the best life!
Mikke was a Malti Poo, of around 13 yrs, that was dumped on the street. He was blind, terrified and shaking like a leaf, had nails that were so long they curved inwards into his paws, making it impossible to walk, let alone stand up. His hair was matted up and filthy. His teeth smelled rotten like a toilet. I was appalled at the cruelty of the owners.
Mikke got a $2000 dental surgery done with 14 teeth pulled (rotten), I started daily brushing. No more smells and gleaming white teeth! Full grooming, nails done, ears done, and started walking him twice a day. He slowly opened up and gained weight. His confidence and trust returned. Now he walks 2 mls daily and has shiny white teeth! What a difference. They are both so happy to have soft blankets, and eat delicious home made meals!
What an amazing lady with so much love for the dogs.

😔 We had to put down our puppy because he had hydrocephalus. He acted just like her, but did have eye sight and his balance was much, much worse. That was a birth defect and not from lack of care though.
We kept him until he was four months old (he was born with us, and we kept him back while the others went to their homes). So many tests and treatments, for parasites (neospora included), viruses, other issues... but it was about his skull being shaped wrong. He had a good life while he was with us, his mother loved and doted him from beginning to end. The defect also caused him pain, and he was afraid of movement around him.
I'll always remember our little Luigi 💕

Malala means "grief-stricken". Sadly the name fit her condition. Amazingly she acts just the opposite, sweet, loving, affectionate. Glad for the update which said she made it past her first birthday and doing well. Blessed at last! 🙏👏👍👍😀♥️

Poor little soul. It makes us wonder how she came to be neglected for so long, and why she didn't get treated. Someone may have thought nobody would want her, being blind, but leaving her to slowly die was no answer. She somehow found her way to the right places, thank goodness, so let's hope and say a little prayer that she has a happier time from now on.💕

I hope no one is offended when I say that I feel like that's what I do as a foster parent and each child has unfair odds stacked against them. It's so hard to know their story but we are glad to be in their company. It's hard not to fall in love with each and every one. With the care team and our 'village' of love and support we hope for the most joyous outcome, and it often happens because they are survivors, resilient, and marvellous to boot. :) Just like spunky little lala!

I’m sitting here with my border collie, an adult version of Malala, I’m thankful she didn’t have these issues. I can’t imagine what life would be without her and I can only imagine the seriousness of this disease.

I used to have a blind cat. He was the sweetest cat in the world.
One day I wouldn't mind rescuing another special needs cat, they fill you with so much love.

Love this video. I currently have 2 blind border collies and have had 2 others. They are so smart, blindness doesn’t get in their way. So glad she is in a place where she can get the care she needs.

Aw, poor little Malala, her whimpers are heartbreaking. Such a sweet and beautiful dog (her face kind of reminds me of a Tasmanian devil, kind of that narrow face full of sharp teeth). What she lacks in health she obviously makes up for in spirit, and I know Gill will certainly take excellent care of her. I love how calmly Scott spoke to Malala while going through examinations, you can tell he's truly in the right line of work judging by how patient and kind he is with every animal that he treats. Hopefully someone will be willing to give Malala an excellent forever home, she's such a lovely puppy.

I had one Bichon who had been abandoned in the snow. We took her home to our Rottie and 2 cats. Her first night she slept in my bedroom and from then on she continued. She had one "dead/tumour" eye.. As she hadn''t been splayed and over a couple of weeks started to take on weight and I was pretty sure she was pregnant. She had only one puppy, much bigger than she was. Her one puppy also became blind. These 2 were blind, but lived long and lovely lives.....
She is so precious. I know she is in good hands . I hope we get an update on how she is going. I am so grateful to people that love and care for these precious puppies Thank You
