I just got a knitting machine and had no idea how to secure the ends but the scrap yarn thing is so smart and helped me sooo much, thank you 💚
The scrap yarn is so smart. Excited to see how that improves my future work!
Amazing!!! This makes me want the sentro machine even more. I would love to see a tutorial where you change colors!
Pretty top...in America we call the border you make the 1/2 double crochet...just made 2 panels today so I'm going to attach them together using your method...thank you for sharing...Happy crocheting/knitting
really nice job 👍
Thank you !
Thank you so much for making the casting off easy! ♥️
i love the project! you were so thorough and so easy to understand! thank you so much
Super super super beautiful!!
Thank youuuu! This was clear and concise🙏🏾🤍
amazing i really enjoyed this tutorial
went back to rewatch the cast off part truly amazing !!
Katie, can you show us how to knit trousers?
ooo i can try !
followed! love the tank top >
Hello! I wanted to ask for ur measurements so that we can gauge if we need to do more or lesser stitches across but I realised this video is 1 year old. I followed your tutorial but my top ended up too small haha gonna retry. It’ll be great if you provide your measurements for future tutorials!
Does anyone know how many pegs I should cast on for a small/X-small?
I did 37 and that seems to work well for me. I usually wear a small, sometimes xs in tops.
second this! I'm an xs and i cast on 36 stitches :)
hey! how long roughly would you say it took to make this top?
i made the same amount of stitch and i think it would have fit because im a 36 b but after i did the single crochet stitch at the ends it took away the stretchiness.
Try to do the single crochets with a looser tension or use one hook size up, that should help.
I’m Jamaican and I call that border single crochet….
Please make a crochet tank top video!!!
Do u have a pin recommendation for a size xs? Ty 💕
Too 😍 cute
Love this!! If you wanted it to come in more in the armpit area how would you do that?
Not the OP, but you can sew further up than she did when sewing the sides of the panel together to get a smaller armpit hole!
Yes exactly as the other person replied, just sew further up to get a smaller armpit hole :)
Do you have to secure both edges?
What are you tall? How to calculate how many stitches i need, I'm 172cm,
do you have a link for the machine?
The specific one I bought doesn't seem to be available anymore - but this seems to be the same www.amazon.co.uk/Knitting-Machine-Needles-Machines-Rotating/dp/B09G9WH1KS/ref=sr_1_5?crid=3ENHU6HTIAWOI&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.ptnrReMIZV4WUfgwf-kGX5o3wkgzOYqM3E8z20HGdaRa1DDRtKTpNiAm1mxS33DcIWceUBoj82GVVpQWPI6OPf0eiTQqkbvD4PlA80dY2xKOmhO5z1Cla6IpvDKAb1e5nuPbf0ZURGsuPm08h57Y8bj4HY3hQPvifBgCM14tKyVzeVVu4MZuMlWDpkAw3NSwcKJG9LIZykpNBOySdpp4uY8rTzHHnVq6ICOIrqzY5j-3tWR5WJqugiba30R3z4jTotNx23OPnCMLxLpcXKUL003esO89PwkxSQ603IeHB5Q.HoFjcD6ucAb_kYmLbyW11E3ub_ziVA4VA4ksEQP-mwA&dib_tag=se&keywords=sentro+48+pin+knitting+machine&qid=1718294840&s=kitchen&sprefix=sentro+%2Ckitchen%2C84&sr=1-5
I tried making this and I didn’t slip stitch the edges of my panels loose enough I guess because I could not even fit the panels around my
Neck and I did 43 pegs
So my panels were a complete waste because now that the scrap yarn has been removed I can’t fix it to be looser
ah yeah you need to make sure the slip stitches are fairly loose - the only way to fix it will be to undo it all - you can still reuse the yarn though !
What kind of yarn did you use??
sorry for the really late reply!! I just used acrylic DK weight yarn for this project
Che filo usi ?
