    I usually cook curries a day ahead. It's nice on the same day, but it's next level if I wait a day. I guess with so many spices, they have a chance to "settle down". And I absolutely love fried onions, they smell wonderful. The only downside is that my clothes smell of onions, too 🤣🧅

    Do you leave it to 'rest' just as it is or do you put it in the fridge and then just reheat?

    Hi Chetna, is it possible that there are some kasuri methi brands which sell versions which are stronger in flavour? I used one brand time ago and it was perfect. The new one is too strong and somehow ruins a bit the general flavour. Please, any advice?

      Yes I can imagine but I cant tell you any particular brands. If yours is strong then just use less
