Try “Crepes and Waffles” restaurant next time. I know there’s one in the Santafé mall. It’s a chain restaurant but it’s one of the locals favorite places to eat. Nothing about C&W’s food is traditional but it’s purely Colombian! Chimichurri FTW!!
@@MonkeyswithaPassport AGREED! It’s too bad Pablo made his country more of a destination to avoid than to visit, because this place is unbelievably loving and friendly and welcoming. Yes, if you don’t know Spanish you can get rolled over quickly and not even know what happened, but that happens everyday in the USA as well!
Please try Creps &Waffles in Colombia. The food is fresh and delicious. Creps &Waffles is a Colombian restaurant that has grown to have restaurants in Miami, Ecuador, Chile, Bogotá, Cali, Medellin,…. The list is long
Thanks for the recommendation. We are no longer in Colombia, currently in Peru, but plan to go to Ecuador in the coming months. Thanks for watching! Cheers.
@@MonkeyswithaPassport please could you do a video about the cultural differences between Colombians and Peruvians. Where is better infrastructure for tourists? Thanks 😊
Don’t add the rice to your bowl. Take a portion of the rice in your spoon and slowly dip your spoon to allow the soup broth to fil the spoon and then eat!
@@MonkeyswithaPassport I’m in Medellin right now. I have toured all over the country. Too many places to list. This is my wife’s home and we visit every year. When it comes to food, I can’t get enough of the Buñuelos, Sancocho, Mondongo, or the chorizo. I had a chorizo hamburg er yesterday and it was phenomenal! But my favorite dish is Bandejapaisa.
Wonderful. Those are charming places and the food looks good. I like their presentation
