I’ve always found the Timberline sharpener to be a faff to set up and results were never consistent.
The log supplier suggested the Dremel, and as I will have a lot of logs to saw up in the future I decided to give it a try. So glad I did, its fabulous, so easy, so quick, so consistent and so sharp 😁

It's a pain in the butt to take the chain off to sharpen, and of course you need power and a bench. the Dremel wins hands down. I have used it for years. And of course you can use it in the field because it's battery power.

The Dremel makes it so quick and easy, and the edge I'm getting is very sharp and consistent. Very pleased with it 🙂
