First and foremost, I would like to thank you for the free video guide. It is very helpful and concise. However, I would like to point out that you unintentionally skipped one question on the form. At 17:28 minute mark onto the video, there is the “+ Entry” option, which allows the sponsor to add some requested input into the form about himself/herself and other individual who agreed to financially support the beneficiary. This section also requests information about how much of the sponsors’ income that will be annually contributed towards the beneficiary.
That's what I came here to look for. My wife and I are sponsoring someone. The application is under her name. Would she add me in the "+ Entry" section?
Is it necessary to say that you will provide money to the beneficiary?
This is also what I came here to find out and was disappointed it was left out. Those are the confusing parts for both the sponsor section and the beneficiary section.

Aside from a receipt which was given right when I submitted the form, I haven’t received anything else, such as an email, for example. Thank you, this is helpful! Some questions are skipped however. "What is the beneficiary's anticipated period of stay in the United States?" It asks for exact dates! How can we possibly fill this out with exact dates if we don't know when the beneficiary will be allowed to come?
How do we answer this one at the top of the same page? "A grant of parole is a discretionary determination granted on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit. Please explain why a favorable exercise of discretion is merited for this individual." We have to make a special appeal for our beneficiary? This is really insulting. Europe thew open it's borders to Ukrainians with no questions asked. They even waved their PETS through. We're asked to plead on a case-by-case basis why individuals have more urgent humanitarian needs than others? This question makes me ashamed to be an American.

Don't put Fiance, use unspecified. They can deny your support and force you to go through K1 program. Also the time with the 134-A is much slower than the older 134 submission.
I think that “unspecified” could be problematic too and may put the application in lower priority processing time. It may also be perceived as less likely to provide support for someone who you have not indicated a relationship
How do you know the I-134A is slower? It has been 30 days and I did not receive the initial instructions and no way to submit an inquiry into what I should do now. How long does it take?
So any success with unspecified option?? Is unspecified options for friends invited for a visa ??

The person is free to go to wherever they will be accommodated. The government just wants to know that the person won't be homeless on the streets.

Hi. I've been trying to access the I-134A form online, but logging in with my existing uscis account (I used it for tracking my cases in previous years). That never works though, clicking "File Online" brings me to the "You're already signed in" page. I'm guessing as a sponsor you need to create a completely new login for that.

This does not overcome inadmissibilities. You should talk to a professional who can evaluate the deported person's case. I-212s are often needed, and some people can't come back at all.

Yes. It should. We have done that for Ukrainians living abroad. But, and big but, this program is new and very few details, so I can’t be certain of this.
My wife was in panama and from Venezuela and was approved, as long as they do not have perminate residency they should be fine

@@fronteraLabor I would say apply my wife knows people that had permeant residency in other countries that were approved. However there is a disclosures that states you can not have permeant residency or asylem in another country

If you’re using taxes, then AGI. And you don’t need to put Yes.

the same way you did the mother, each person must have an i134a filed, even if they are a minor

If you're sponsoring all three, you would need to do three apps. Otherwise, if the kids are not coming along, they can be under the dependents section.

Yes you would have to file for that child separately and make sure that child has a valid passport in order to travel with the dependent

Do you need to have money in your bank account, and can you do it without taxes since I didn't file 2020 or 2021, but I have everything else required
You'll have to show income and it is likely that without a tax filing you will be rejected (as this is a sponsor requirement). If you didn't file taxes, because you didn't have enough income to file, you should say so, and then make sure you are able to prove your current income qualifies.
What does one choose as immigrant status is they only have a TPS. Does that fall under nonimmigrant or other?

ours took just under 3 months we did it when it first came out for Venezuelans, we filed back 10/25 and just recently got approved
