I like how you said that it took a while to learn and you made mistakes along the way. I got the Kamado 3 days ago and it's been a learning experience but I love it. Made the best pork chops I've ever had yesterday.
It’s all a learning curve. I have 7 different cookers and they all require learning to a certain degree. None of them cook the same. It’s a fun tasty learning experience though. Thanks for watching!
