@Janba787 This happened to me once. There are a few steps to clear this error. You may need to do an "InkPad Reset." 1. Turn your computers AntiVirus Software off from your Windows security. Because the resetting program from your Procolored USB is flagged as a virus on your computer. It will delete the program. 2. Go to the "6. Maintenance and Precautions" file on your Procolored USB stick. 3. Find/select the folder with your printers model name. Ex "DTF L1800 clear" or "DTF R1390 Clear." 4. Click in the application that says "Resetter."...You may want to also open the Microsoft file because, depending on your model, the selections may change. But this should fix your problem. Let me know how it goes.

Hey. It's possibly the antivirus popping on again. Double check and make sure it didn't turn itself back on, because its known to do that. Then, try the steps again.
I have been using my dtf printer for about a week now. Some of my colors seem to blend into the shirt color. Colors almost look dirty. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Or my whites won’t be bright.
Ive heard a lot of reviews saying its best to leave the printer on all the time. Would you recommend this too? Im worried about my electric bill if i get one 😕
Hey! Honestly, I've heard it doesn't matter, but based on experience, I'd have to agree. When it's on, it spins and probably slightly circulates the ink. When I turned mine off... and skipped the maintenance, the ink thickened. It took a whole weekend to declog. I've skipped maintenance with it on and haven't had that issue.
I have tried everything to clean and it’s still not working the right way. None of my other colors are popping up when I do a head cleaning. I’ve tried literally everything.
How long have you had your machine? And have you had it sitting without a daily maintenance? Its possible that you have a clog. When you extracted ink from the back waste tube, did any come out? Or was is just resistance?

I have ink coming out when I sucked from the back I tried the nozzle flushing solution. And still just won’t do anything. I’m so sad cause I was so happy to finally get this machine.
It could be a printehead issue. Have you reached out to your contact on Skype? They may be about to truly diagnose the issue. You should still be in warranty for any parts.

Did you ever have an issue with your printer printing blue and not purple?
No. Ive never had that issue before. Make sure you have your hoses in the correct spaces. And give it another cleaning.

Hmm. How does your test page look? Are the colors blended on the test page? Or only once you make a print?
