Anybody got any advice on troubleshooting a l1800 pro colored dtf printer? Whenever I turn the front power button on it makes this loud screech for 2 seconds and then the 2 middle buttons on the front start flashing red . I found out I had a broken ink pad and just replaced that and I greased up the rail that my nozzles, ink cartridges and print head run along when printing. If anyone can help or put me into the right direction I would be extremely grateful

Hi. so after doing all these steps and turning on printer it cleans it self a little more? Do i still need to do a nozle and print head check? Thanks for the video
Hi, procolored. what kind of alcohol to use to clean my procolored dtf l1800 printer. I did my first printing today it was great. 2. Oven when is on should i wait until reach 160 degress? And the heat press the same? thanks.
1. Don't use alcohol on the printhead or the capping station. For printing platform and other parts that is not contact with the printhead, you can use ordinary alcohol to clean up. There is a self-clean function at the printer driver software, you can use it to clean the printhead. After using for a long period and you want to clean to ink residue on the printhead, you need oil-based cleanser that will not vapor quickly. 2. Yes, wait until it reaches 160℃, and usually we use 145℃ and 180s to cure the powdered prints. 3. Heat press 160℃ and 15s for ironing cloth flat; 160℃ and 45s for print transfering.
Hi, I am getting pinholes in my prints after curing. Also my prints have just started having like zigzag white lines at side like a shadow. My procoloured oven only goes up to 135°c and have it at 180 seconds was told on support thats to high im overbaking my prints but on here saying 145 for 180 seconds. Had machine 2 weeks and getting alot of issues. Thanks
Also is the cleaning gfluid you get with the bundle nozzle cleaner is that for the print head cleaning. Can you use alcohol cleaner for all other maintenance just not on printheads
@@ProcoloredPrinter hello what if my print head won’t even move at all ? Is the L805 and is it because the error code of “ ink pad is at the end of its service life “ and is flashing red lights and blinking the “out” red is that the reason of my prints head not moving ? Should reset the ink pad first and then do this steps?
Hi. I have the same printer. I did a flushing of my printhead but some of the white chanel still clogged. Is there any chance to unclogged those channels? Thank you!
Try these, it may have a chance to unclogged the nozzle: 1. Print a large size of all-white image 2. Wipe the printhead will moisturizing cleaser (not liquid that would vapor away quickly like alcohol) 3. Make sure the printhead assembly sealed in the capping station, extract some white ink waste from the waste tubes. If the issue still exit, send a video to afterservice@procolored.com, our tech staff will help you.
You can use regular alcohol on other parts but not on the printhead. When cleaning printhead, you need to use moisturizer, because alcohol is drying up quickly and will cause ink clog.
@@ProcoloredPrinter Saludos, ¿ese líquido es el que trae la impresora: NOZZLE PROTECTION y eso es lo mismo que el humectante? Porque me trae mucha confusión.
@@ProcoloredPrinter Thanks for the reply. Also, my cleaning stick cannot reach the face of the print head because the stick does not fit in that small space. I can only clean the sides of the print head. Is that okay? Edit: I mean this part 4:17 he is only cleaning the side of the print head, not the face of it, is that okay?
If the printhead is printing broken lines, you need to clean the face of it with some oil-based cleanser (not vapor away quickly). You can buy some longer lint-free cleaning stick. And after cleaning, extract some ink out of the waste ink tube to eliminate color mixing caused by ink residues. @@fedfoofy
@@ProcoloredPrinter Thank you, but the length of the stick is not the problem. The space between the print head face and platform is too small for the cleaning stick to fit. It's the cleaning stick that you guys provided, the same one in this video. Do I just force the stick in between? I don't want to damage the printhead.
@@ProcoloredPrinter Hello! Same problem here, my printer started splashing black ink everywhere, I cleaned it and now it says... The ink pad is at the end of its service life; but it hasn't even been a year since I bought it. I work from home and i don't do many prints but I always do the necessary maintenance to avoid these problems, I knew that one day this was going to happen to me but not so soon. Now I don't know which one is the ink pad I replaced the ink cap and tied to remove the alternating red lights but i couldn't and I already followed all the steps indicated on the USB sent to me and still nothing. I really need help because I have some jobs to do please help.
Thank for showing step by step

What type of lubricant is recommended for the silver bar?
General-purpose mechanical lubricants are fine, we recommend solid ones, which can be applied to the rod more easily

What is Nozzle Protection Fluid used for?
It is used to keep the printhead moisturized and avoid clogging.
Great video - we just bought one and love it - I have a question; what kind of cleaning liqud/fluid do you recommend?
Use moisturizer on printhead and alcohol on other parts. Alcohol is drying up quickly and will cause ink clog, should not use on the printheads.
Hello is it ok if my capping station doesn’t have that foam thing ? Is necessary to have one ?
Not necessary.
Nice video, can you also suggest a tray for epsom18050 ❤
Tray size and width
How do you move the print head to the middle?
cut off the power when it is initializing

How often do you need to do this maintenance

I don't understand how I spent 3 grand and the printer comes with no user manual.
The manual is subject to change, it can be download from product page.
It's all digital.
