Very good job with your video production. Hope you will do another video showing how you apply and cure the DTF powder. The powder handling and curing process is a major health concern for me.
Thank you! My biggest tip for applying and curing the DTF powder is to wear a respirator and keep a window open if possible. It helps with the ventilation and the respirator will help protect you from inhaling the powder. I can do a video on that!

Have you ever had red blinking lights on the ink and paper? And a 2H CR load position error? I feel like I've tried everything including resetting the ink pad. I have an Eramart A3 DTF.
I'm not familiar with the particular machine you have, however, I have recently had both blinking lights occur and I had to reinstall the program on my computer and that seemed to resolve the issue for me personally. I'm not sure how to resolve the load position error other than to try and reload your film and see if that helps.
Thank you so much for all the info. I currently bought the dsv l1800 version printer and have the paper and ink light flashing and can’t get rid of them. I bought off an individual and I didn’t get the white flash drive that you get when purchased. Do you know where I could download or get that for this printer?
Hi! You may need to reach out to the individual you bought the machine from and see if they still have the flash drive or reach out to the company they bought it from and see if they will send you one.
I'm currently having an issue with the blinking lights but when I went to install the resetter it was completely missing. My computer was already set to bypass the security. It just wasn't there. DO you know if there is a way for me to install it without the program being on the flash drive? I really appreciate your honesty and detailed explanation of what you did to help with maintenance.

I have the l1800 13 inch. My question is once you get the two red light blinking at the same time while it is printing, is there a way to start it again or to you start over?
I usually end up having to turn my machine off and then I close out of the program on the computer. Once I turn the machine back on and reopen the program it usually solves the problem and I start over with printing the image.
I got my machine hooked up and I did have some issues, but I watched your video again and I think it's fixed. I do have a question. Does the machine turn off by itself? I left it on overnight and came back to check it and all the lights were off and I couldn't get it to turn back on. I had to turn the power switch off and then immediately back on. In your video it states not to turn it off. How do I keep it on? Thank you!
I haven't ever had the machine turn itself off on its own. If the power went out at your home during the night, that could be a possibility. I'm not quite sure what else would be causing that issue.

The first is reoccurring but goes away after a few days: It stops printing mid print! I have to turn it off and restart then have to restart the print. I’m wasting ink and film. Hi! There can be a number of problems that will cause your printer to stop mid print. It could be a connection issue between your computer and your printer or it's a problem with the printer itself. The ghosting problem can be caused by either your print head or a clogged nozzle. I would start by cleaning your print head and waste ink pad first and then seeing if this fixes the issue. If it doesn't you will need to flush your nozzle heads out with cleaning solution. The film I currently use I purchased from Amazon. Here's the link to the one I use: amzn.to/3XFQDIF

Has anyone has the issue when took the image out of oven theres a bunch of dots that kind of look see through the image. Had that just lately these dots are not there after printing only when taken out the oven. Thanks
It can possibly mean there is moisture in your oven. If you see any moisture in the hood of your oven, wipe it out and it can possibly make those dots go away. This is what I've had to do before and it fixed the problem.
Also I use the transfer roll and its set to one side of the bar so when the film goes through the printer it on the right side more than the left. Was told that how needs to be but wasting alot of transfers due to image being printed over the edge and keep having the images printing over the transfer roll onto the metal platform.
Originally that is the same thing that I was told and I continued to have the same issue you're describing. I changed mine and the film is on the left side more than the right side and I no longer have any issues from mine. It prints onto the transfer roll every time.
I have an issue with my procolored printer it won't print. I send in the printing queue and it acts as if it never recieved it. It wont't even clean which is wierd becasue yesteday I was able to print stuff and suddenly today I can't do anything.
Didnt use our printer one day we were out and the white leaked all through the bottom tray and down to the floor. Anyone have rhis issue? Its the 3rd time. Its like it pushes so much white out that it rips the plastic in small areas on the damper.
I personally haven't had this issue. Maybe check your dampers and make sure they are pushed completely down on the nozzles and that they are secure. Also, make sure nothing is damaged on the damper itself.

I'm between a sublimation and dtf. But scared about maintenance.
@@carolhewett-fo8lq In my opinion, you have so much more freedom and opportunities with a dtf printer versus a sublimation printer. Once you get the maintenance down it's not as scary as it seems upfront.
@@sarahscreativeboutiquellcThankyou will check tomorrow when use it. Thankyou for the reply
@@sarahscreativeboutiquellc will try that thanks
I have an issue with my procolored printer it won't print. I send in the printing queue and it acts as if it never recieved it. It wont't even clean which is wierd becasue yesteday I was able to print stuff and suddenly today I can't do anything.
You may have to turn your machine off and then back on. Also, close out of the program and reopen it sometimes that solves the problem as well.
How do you add the color test strip to the top?
@@MagaliMontalvo-s9u You download the color strip to your computer and then upload it into the program the same way you upload an image.
Could you send me the photo you use to upload to the top please.
Is there no way of saving it so you don’t have to upload it every time?
I just replaced my print head and capping station on my R1390 now it's put back together and doesn't work. And 2 red flashing lights. Linda
@@lindapotras7252 I'm not sure exactly why it wouldn't be working! Does your computer say anything about what the error is?
Do have to pull from the waste tank too
I have only ever pulled from the waste ink when I set it up. Other than that I never pull ink from it and I haven't had any problems.
Im having trouble finding my printer on my computer
It won’t let me print. It states it’s Idle. I’m at a lost
@@TheQuin Possibly try turning it off for a few minutes and then turn it back on. Also, close out of the computer program and reopen it. Sometimes there's a glitch in the connection.
I’m having this same problem and don’t know what to do anybody???
@@ashleywhite6068 You may need to unistall and reinstall the program on your computer
My printer won't continue to print.. how can you get it to print 100 big images Non-Stop?
@@rubyjuly740 You would have to put all 100 images on one sheet in the program. You'd have to adjust the page length to fit them all. However, I'm not sure how long of a continous page you can make.
