Yamaha Tenere 700 First Impressions!

What's up everyone, I hope you are doing well!
Quick video this time, for a bike I was eager to test.
The T7 kinda surprised me after testing it out, and I would really love to properly test it offroad.

Thanks for the comment! Hmmm. Honestly, no. Or at least, not with the stock windscreen, a bigger one must be bought in order to tackle highway transfers

I'd honestly love to have both a T7 and my CRF1000L in the garage: I'd use the T7 for offroad, and the Honda for longer trips and the occasional trail to explore when far from home 😉

@@PierreC71 yet still for heavy off-road you need something much lighter and less top heavy like ktm 690 enduro etc. So 3 bike in garage is the answer ;)

Very tough question. I wouldn't say "better", but "different". This one is smaller, lighter, less powerful and less capable on long distance trips...

I would say that more torgue in low revs than AT. And I've tested both...in fact, I own a T7😁 and a very happy owner😉😁

@@canaryoverlander214 nonsens, AT has way more torque down there and in general much better engine, especially for off-road.

@@pinotino6349 potrebbe andare! Se vuoi un consiglio, cerca di provarla con la sella "Rally" (la più alta), c'è il caso che con quella di serie la posizione di guida sia un po' troppo "rannicchiata" 😉

@@pinotino6349 considera che l'ho usata solo su asfalto, purtroppo. Non vanno male, anzi. Unica cosa, la forcella nella prima parte è un po' troppo cedevole, ma si può regolare 😉
