Buzzfeed took this show and Curated way to much and took the fun and relax feel of this away. This is usually what happens because of the popularity they try to jazz it up and instead of making it better they make it totally boring and scripted. Not enough Adam, not enough of the guys just hanging out and talking. I really hope they listen to our advice and go back to what it was. The one thing I found super weird from last season was that say for example they were doing a fried chicken episode I disliked how they would go to New York, North Carolina, and LA for it. Why can’t they just stay in 1 city for one episode 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ idk if that makes sense. Been watching since they had Keith with Steven in Vegas. I hope it goes back to the same editing as season 1 and two

I feel in this episode it was a lil hard to fairly compare the 3 as they are all different cuisines to begin with, one was a pie, one was a Malaysian Noodle Soup (Laksa) and one was Indian Cusine. As you mentioned at the start with a Curry Fact, curry is used as a collective term for so many different types of dishes. I know the UK guys covered it already, but I would like to see a Worth It Indian Food on the Main Show someday.

As a fan of Worth It, I am so proud of them for getting this far ahead. That being said, I miss the older episodes: there was just more depth to them, more emotion and relation to Andrew & Steven’s camaraderie. Now, it just feels so forced, and scripted to the point where I feel like they’re talking straight from a TelePrompTer. They should do what Unsolved, LadyLike, and The Try Guys did: separate themselves from the Buzzfeed brand. I firmly believe that, with them having total creative, scheduling, and constructive control that comes from an independent business, they could flourish in a way that still sticks to their original way of doing things, with more freedom to just be themselves, without the censorship that Buzzfeed ultimately uses on their content, whether it’s the ideas on the videos/articles, to the creative process of making them. Let us fans help you, and break free from the ruling of Buzzfeed so you can be an honest success Andrew, Steven, Adam! We love you all, and just want you to be happy!

Maybe they're just not bantering as much, because they've gotten so comfortable with a friend they've worked with for so long, there's just not much to sass about anymore. Or it could be a million other things. They're just people. Let them take us around as good buds experiencing awesome new food!

imho there's a lot of dialogue over shots of andrew and steven eating so far this season, and that's totally cool!! but i feel like one thing that made worth it stand out compared to other eating shows online and on tv is seeing them just converse with each other; it gave off a very familiar feeling of just eating with friends and hanging out. that professional feel of hearing them talk over seeing them eat is super nice, but it takes away from that super laid back, chill vibe worth it always gave off. it has always been friends eating together, and now it feels like more of a food review show (which i mean it is, but you get the point). all in all i love the show for what it is and i'll support it and everything about it, but that's just my two cents on this season so far.

STARTING A PETITION for Andrew to eat Malaysian food at Steven’s house made by Steven’s mom. Bonus points for Steven’s mom making “sidekick” side comments

I don't understand why half of people in the comment section are complaining about the chemistry between Andrew and Steven is gone and they look tired and all. I don't feel it that way.Everything in the show just seems like it used to be before.

    • @-nomi.-
      @-nomi.- 5 років тому +33

It is, but after five seasons people get a bit flat on a show, so people look for reasons why. When a reasons becomes popular and repeated, like the show not being the same, people latch onto it and confirmation bias makes them see that being the case every episode regardless of how true it is.
Personally I'd say Steven is a little flat, but that it brings the show from 100% to 90% not below 50% like people act like.
