  • A Hannibal-original! Hannibal used to serve that dish to Jack, a Spanish dish. Combination of booth Tortilla-recipes from Janice Poons book "Feeding Hannibal".
    Excuse me the bad camera in the final testing scene, I forgot to check the record, so sorry for the bad angle. :-)
    Was very tasty, hope you enjoy!!
    Ingredients
    2 pieces of calvliver
    Salt & Pepper
    1 Tbsp Oliveoil
    1 big cooked potatoe
    1/4 cup red bell pepper
    1/4 cup onion
    1/2 cup peas
    6 Eggs
    1/4 cup Cream
    57 g Greyerzer Cheese
    1/4 cup Parmesan
    (I added affirm, not in the recipe)

      Would love to just do UA-cam as my mainjob, but it‘s still a way to go.^^
      Just always keep up my hope, that some people share some links, so that I find more lovely subscribers.
      But I already feel flattert by every single subscriber I have till now. Cause imagining all these followers would stand in a crowd in front of me,

    I made the version with chicken in it, and it was good. I'll have to try it the way you cooked it with the liver and saffron. It looks delicious!

    NEVER boil potatoes in spanish omelette. Potatoes must be fried in olive oil, very slowly till they are soft, but not crunchy.

      @@DanielChavesDaCosta cover then at all and cook in low heat. Don't worry for the oil, you can use it again. Use a strainer. Grettings from Mérida, Spain

    Haha, unabhängig von dir habe ich einmal diese Tortilla nachgekocht, nachdem ich sie durch "Hannibal" kennengelernt hatte. Nur hatte ich leider keine Erbsen drin. Die hätten sich sicher gut gemacht. Tolles Video!
