  • Ann doesn't consider herself tech-savvy. However, when presented with the chance to try out new technology for a more convenient life, she embraced the opportunity. Following the installation of discreet sensors to track her daily routine, the integration of a user-friendly virtual assistant to help her talk to her family and friends, and the addition of a tipper kettle, Ann and her family now feel more connected and with better peace of mind.
    These animations are meant to be used by staff and relatives and shown to tenants to try and ease their fears and help them make choices about technology.
    TAPPI Phase 2 is funded by The Dunhill Medical Trust (DMT) and supported by the Housing LIN and the TSA.
    The TAPPI project partners were delighted to be joined by Co-Production Works (Co-Production and Engagement partner) and the Cambridge Centre for Housing and Planning Research (CCHPR) at the University of Cambridge (Evaluation and Shared Learning partner) in delivering TAPPI Phase 2.
