TAPPI Animations - John

Initially considering himself too old for technology, John's perspective changed when asked "What can't you do, what can you do, and what do you want to do with the help of technology?" Now, he can easily discover new music and engages in heart-warming conversations with his grandson using his tablet. John also now meets regularly with staff and neighbours to support each other if they experience any technological challenges.
These animations are meant to be used by staff and relatives and shown to tenants to try and ease their fears and help them make choices about technology.
TAPPI Phase 2 is funded by The Dunhill Medical Trust (DMT) and supported by the Housing LIN and the TSA.
The TAPPI project partners were delighted to be joined by Co-Production Works (Co-Production and Engagement partner) and the Cambridge Centre for Housing and Planning Research (CCHPR) at the University of Cambridge (Evaluation and Shared Learning partner) in delivering TAPPI Phase 2.
