Have many good running times achieved, as an amatour, nowhere near yours guys. I am blessed to have discovered running some years ago. Thank you so much, massively inspirational, to the degree that I am going to introduce an after school club, running club, for young ones to discover the beauty of it. Regards and respect. sir i am speaking from india. My 1600m run isn't improving, eight laps on the 200m track. About to enter at 6.30 minutes, my time there is about 8 minutes and 10 seconds. I don't have a long steps. It would be better if you give some information on how to reduce the time. Currently my weight is 69 kg
I wonder if Emile is on the autistic spectrum somewhere? A lot of these descriptions - his memory, time keeping and his dedication to running could suggest that. It’s not a negative point, just came across in the interviews with family and friends. Good luck for the Olympics 👍
