What is the rating of second resistor?
The diagram (at 5.24 on the timeline) shows 470K ie the same as the bleeder resistance he applied to 105J.
Wondering if any one has tried this circuit. If yes please share your experience.

Converter has to be connected for 110v o/p for these LEDs to increase their life, or else with 220v the life of LEDs will be decreased.
