i got the spj fm/43-44 and was really suprised at the 50mm of armour, i thought it was a glass cannon but has some armour.

Yes yes YESSSSSSS at last he has become one with the meatballs upon his glorious return. Btw tip for Strv103's stay hull down and at a distance. Also the low tier swedish grind is pretty painful but it's worth it since the later tanks are alot of fun. My top picks for fun tanks are Strv DT, Strv103, Strv74 (use the APHE more) and the BKAN is so much fun
not to mention the 2.7 lineup is really good. the 4.0 and 5.7 to now that Finland has brought the commet.

The Swedish B17’s landing gear has those covers on the legs partially for aerodynamic purposes, but they also act as air brakes when dive bombing.
Only problem is that Gaijin doesn’t understand that and if you try using them as such, they rip off. 😑

Nice I'm currently researching the first leopard 2a4 for Sweden and I'm finishing up the last of the swedish air so I can get the next viggen. The viggen is a lot of fun I highly suggest it.
I've gotten to Rank 5 ground and air but almost never play at that level because it doesn't go well for me then. LAGO 1 is my favorite.
@@thealmightytigor5308 i just bought the j35xs, it is really good, the rear aspect is annoying, but its not as preventative as you'd think. I really want a viggen.
I'm at rank 5 in Sweden. God, switching from Germany to Sweden was my best decision in that game.

yeah swedish tanks are mostly only good on sniping maps in urban scenarios they aren’t that good. and on Sweden (the map) your team mate isn’t oblivious he was turning his turret it’s just that the bt broke his transmission and his turret traverse is like 2 degrees/second.
But then you get thr U-SH and become king of urban maps

What do you mean? Swedish is almost perfect for urban maps, especially low tier. Fm42 with ap is automatic tank destroyer, you just need to use single shots,
Use ikv103 as a glorified shotgun thing or just run and gun with strv42 dt or strv m/40
I enjoy Sweden because power-creep, and thus gameplay expectation, barely changes. You have OP gun, good mobility and no armour of note. With this in mind, there is marginal difference in gameplay from 1 to 4.7, when, finally, armour starts making the 1.3 guns redundant, but by then they give you tanks which are... exactly the same, but with that pen you need.
To avoid gun jams in aircraft, fire in short, well-aimed bursts.

The Pvlvv fm/42 is actually an anti tank..tank. The name "Pansarvärnslavettvagn" means "Armored Anti-Tank Gun Carriage"

As someone who is actually Swedish, love the Swedish tanks and would like to main them (if there wasn't so damned many other delicious tanks out there!), I have to say one thing about the APDS equipped Rank 1 tanks...
They shouldn't get them.
Not because of balance reasons or anything like that.
No, but because the only reason that shell exists is because they developed it for those guns AFTER the tanks were all scrapped and the turrets turned into coastal defense turrets.
So, for as long as those tanks existed, that round didn't exist.
With the possible exception of the Strv m/41, because those were basically in reserve when the shell was developed. (All other tank models were literally scrapped by that time, though)

I get why you don’t do it, but have you considered showing your tank commanding experience when you play? Saying things like ‘in reality I’d never do this’ or ‘this is how I was trained’ would go a long way :D
I actually do that a fair bit in my other WT videos. I just don't do it all the time because I feel like it would get boring after a while.

When you were shooting at that Pz 3 from the side and not loading APHE I was screaming at my screen to just load APHE and get it over with also you should try France they are like the worst balanced country in war thunder

I think that's the most success I've seen anyone have in a Pvlvv.
I wanted to become a tank commander in Sweden but my psychologist on the testing for service gave me 1 score too low and 2 too low for platoon commander. He can’t say why and asked like 2 questions relating to that and just gave me a slightly above average score just because it feels like. Well now I am to become a ranger(sort of) or tank gunner so not too bad.
Back when I did my mönstring (waaaaaaaaay back in the day), I wasn't allowed to do tank service because of allergies and I wasn't allowed to do infantry because I scored too high on my intelligence test so they wanted me to work in sigint... which I was hardly interested in, and since you could (at least back then) just flat out say no to it if you wanted, I was put in the reserves as a platoon commander.
Military recruitment in Sweden is weird, man.

Its not *that* op, but its powerful. Like, tbh, Sweden isn't op due to absolute lack of armour, but extremely fun
Low tier Sweden is very silly. Their 37mm APDS blows through everything it might face but spalls less than most 20mm AP rounds.
But they make up for that with how weirdly cool their vehicles look. They have such a different aesthetic compared to the big three. I really like the feel.
That Pvlv was actual an anti-tank thing, not SPAA..
