Lexmoto ZSB Front Wheel Bearings Swap

Today we will quickly swap the front wheel bearings in ZSB2. Bearings have only covered a few thousand miles from new. But at least its cheap and quick to do.
Apologies for the amateurishness of the video and heavy breathing. Iphones love to pick up breathing while hitting things with hammers and talking at the same time.
The front wheel bearing reference is 6301-2RS, you'll need 2. KOYO is a a good make. you can use this link simplybearings...

My guess for the main purpose of extra seals when there are sealed bearings as well is just to locate the spacers on assembly.
As an aside, Sealey sell some extra long punches. Makes it far easier to avoid smaking my hand with a hammer!

How long did they last before you changed them?

About 8K miles, but I suspect its poor Quality Control. The bearing allways had play in it the failure is nothing to do with use.

Also the bike had been crashed twice before we had it. might be a factor
