I did???? Yay!! Look at you having my back out there! 💕💕😉😉 You're too sweet!! OMG! The bars are soooo good!! Had the last one with my coffee this morning! So satisfying!!
Kristi, I love watching your videos!!! Not only are your recipes delicious, but you are so organized!! That is really important to me when I'm watching cook with me videos. I get so frustrated when I watch one & they don't have all of their ingredients or their kitchen tools at hand. Anyway, on to the recipes... They all look fantastic. I will probably make the pumpkin bars first. They look so yummy & since you said they're good with coffee, I bet they will be equally as good with tea!! BTW you should try the fluff with the Kodiak Bears. They are so good. They are similar to teddy grahams & they do have a cinnamon variety which I think will go really well with the fluff. You could also crumble them up to sprinkle on your 0 point pie!! Great recipies!!!
Thanks so much, Lynn! There are definitely times I forget one of the ingredients and have to hunt it down, but I just edit those parts out so you don't have to wait for me to hunt things down. LOL I haven't seen the Kodiak bears! I will have to look for those! Thanks so much, my friend! 😊
Thanks Karen! I'm excited to share those recipes!! I only have one filmed as of now, but hoping to get the other two recipes filmed next week and then get the video up maybe the next week. I definitely want it going up by the beginning of November so there's plenty of time before Thanksgiving! 😉😊
First I must say I love the scary music and the font....perfect for Halloween. I can't wait to try all of these recipes. I think I'll make them for the holidays. Recipes that I can enjoy that are low in calories. I actually have majority of the ingredients even the mini pie crust. Thank you for doing the research and continuing to bring us great recipes. Thanks Kristi!
Thanks so much, Yoli!! Yeah, I was feeling a little Halloween vibe when I was looking for music. LOL And then I had to go and find a good font to match! 👻👻
Thanks so much Tracy!! I'm hoping to finish filming the end of the week and hopefully have them up by the beginning of November! Excited to share them! Have a great weekend! 💕
I tried the crustless pie, I think last year, but I'll definitely be trying the other two recipes. And, thank you for acknowledging that sometimes we need "dessert" for breakfast 😄 (I'm not the only one 😊).
Hope you love them!! I remember an old WW leader of mine said, if it works best for you, eat your day backwards! Start with dessert, then dinner and then you have lunch and breakfast left, which most people are more apt to have lower points and calories and be fine with it. Kind of made sense to me!
@@PlanningUsHealthy It also came to me that the pumpkin fluff would be great as a parfait with a graham cracker broken in between 👍. I don't know which I want first 😄
Great ideas….You can also crush up some Reduced Fat Graham Crackers (1/4 of 1 sheet is 1 ww pt.) to put on top of the pumpkin pie. I also put it on my cheesecake greek yogurt, really good. Keebler has a reduced fat graham pie crust which is 4 ww pts for 1/8 serving. Keep up the exercise (saw your update vid.), Congrats! Love your vids., so many great ideas.
Today I tried the pumpkin bars. Another hit with the family however I had to get them into the fridge or they would not have made the 24 hour mark. I’m not normally the cook in the house but I can clearly see that with the last 4 recipes I’ve tried from your channel I may be given the role as primary cook!! The chicken taco chili is in the crockpot so we’ll see how that goes!
Yay!!! So glad you all enjoyed them, Brenda!! If you liked the bars, then you'll like a video I have going up tonight at 6:00 Eastern time!! 😋😋 And I can't wait to hear how you liked the chicken taco chili. I'm glad you have a new role to add to your list of accomplishments!!! 💕💕
Hello, I don't like pumpkin pie, but I made your crustless pumpkin pie recipe and spiced it like I do when I make sweet potato pie. Loved it! Planning on making it for me for Thanksgiving. Thanks for the recipe and idea!! Will try the fluff next. Keep them coming!
Kristi the pumpkin bars were very tasty. I made them for Thanksgiving. My family kept asking about them and how good they were and not too sweet. I used Lakanto brown sugar in this recipe. I plan to make these again really soon. Thank you for sharing a wonderful recipe. I hope that you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Hi Kristi 👋 these treats look delicious. I love everything pumpkin. I've been looking for great healthy pumpkin recipes. These are great. I cant wait to make these. Then make them again for the holidays 🎃
Those bars look amazing!!!!! Thanks so much for always sharing such great recipes with us and for taking the time to create such high quality cook with me videos!
You are so welcome, Jackie!! I figure if one person can take away something good that helps in some way, I've accomplished my goal! 😊 Hope you love the recipes!
They are great!! But I had someone ask me if I could make a pumpkin bread. So, I found a recipe and filmed it today after meal prep. I'm editing it now and going to TRY to get it up tomorrow night!! And you can make it into a loaf or muffins. Delicious!!!!
I like to add 7grams of walnuts or pecans sugar free caramel sauce to my pie 🥧 it adds 2-3 points, but it’s a great dessert . Thanks for sharing your recipes .💙💚💜❤️
Love all of these recipes! I have been making the crustless pumpkin pie for years and I agree with you about using the pumpkin pie spice, not a big fan of cloves. Thanks for sharing these delicious recipes.
Awww...and yet you still watched my video!! 💕💕 Yeah, don't be eating any of it if you're allergic!! And the bars are amazing!! Maybe you could do them with something besides pumpkin!
I just discovered your channel and I am so glad I did! I definitely will try each of these since I love anything pumpkin and they all look delicious! I was wondering something though. It is only me so there is no way I can eat all of the bars. Do you know if they freeze well?
Hi Lisa! Welcome!! 😀 I'm so glad you found me too! I just checked her website and somebody asked that in the question part. She said that yes, you can freeze them in an airtight container or baggie for up to 2 months. Then just thaw overnight and reheat! You could also cut the recipe in half or even a quarter (this made quite a lot!). 😊
@@PlanningUsHealthy …thanks so much for your reply! Cutting the amount in half makes sense but I would still probably have to freeze some. I am so glad I can. And I love having things in the freezer that I can just pull out one or two when I am having a craving. 😁

Hi Lynn! Lakanto is monkfruit sweetener and is a raw sugar substitute. The classic is the substitute for white sugar and the golden is the substitute for brown sugar. :)

I thought the Lakanto Golden is like Turbinado or sugar in the raw? They have an actual brown sugar out now. Maybe I am mixing up my brands lol.
Hi Lynn! Lakanto is monkfruit sweetener and is a raw sugar substitute. The classic is the substitute for white sugar and the golden is the substitute for brown sugar. :)
I bet the no sugar added pudding mix weighs less because of the artificial sweetener.

@@PlanningUsHealthy is there a family size in ff/sf puddings?

I can't stand that they are reducing the amounts in packages (example the sugar free jello pudding). Messing with our recipes .
