1- a massa que a ahjuma tá fritando os frangos é de tempura: água + farinha de trigo + amido de milho (ou fécula de batata)
2- o molho vermelho e grosso é Molho de Gochujang Agridoce, no caso dela é industrial, mas os ingredientes são: pasta de Gochujang (uma pasta de pimenta vermelha), açúcar mascavo, glucose de milho, molho shoyu, gengible ralado, alho, óleo de soja, óleo de gergelim, cebola ralada, pimenta gochugaru e geralmente salpicam sementes de gergelim torradas, mas a ahjuma não usou.
