What a great session! There’s so much in this that I want to listen to it again asap. So many good analogies, especially the pond example and the message that instead of changing your experience, realising you have the option of changing the way you relate to your experience. I was also fascinated with Kynan’s account of his month long silent meditation and tips for dealing with content as it comes up. Thanks Tucker and Kynan for such an engaging session. 🙂 Btw, I chose the mooncakes , but I don’t know why. 😂
20 minutes in. Absolutely fascinated by this talk and Tucker's experience of clinical psychiatry crossed with meditation/dharma. Will these talks be made available on podcast format so that I can listen on my favorite podcasting apps? Thanks!
what an incredible conversation and topic thanks guys
