Tati, I’m a psychotherapist and I laughed when you said that a therapist will probably comment on you cutting your split ends! 😄 I rarely comment on videos but after hearing you say that I thought I had to!
Many people do things to self soothe. Self soothing itself isn’t a bad thing, it’s more about what you’re doing and how it’s impacting you. Pulling at your hair and causing a bald spot (which many people do) can be more distressing as it can cause people to feel self conscious. So if you’re just cutting your split ends, that’s ok! A very common self soothing habit I see with my clients that’s distressing for them is endlessly scrolling on social media. Rather than worrying about having these self soothing habits, look at them as information your brain is giving you as a sign that maybe you’re stressed. Then you can examine what’s going on in your life at the moment and address it.
I hope this helps anyone reading this who worries about their own self soothing habits!

Helps, even if I'm not cutting my split ends. But scrolling endlessly on social media is a point. But I have a question - when is it a real problem? If I can't do my daily chores because of scrolling?

We definitely need more in depth reviews on clothes and such. I want to know how washing affects them etc. The Pink Stuff miracle paste (cleaning paste thingy) is one of those items I see everywhere and I tried it & hated it. Definitely too good to be true for me. The one from Scrub Daddy is far more superior.

My favorite snail muscen product is from Peach slices. They have an entire line of snail products. My specific favorite is the blemish busting toner. It's more of an essence, but it's good!

My fav snail product atm is Cosrx Snail mucin and Niacinamid dual essence. Helloooo, my skin is so smooth, moisturized and glowy
I also have the Cosrx snail mucin but not in love with it, it doesn’t do anything to my skin🤷♀️maybe my skin is just too dry that it soaks it right up but I had such high hopes for it😩

I ordered a blanket from Temu and it’s the best blanket I’ve ever used. It’s so soft but also heavy and keeps me so warm. Plus I got it quicker than I do when I order from some bigger brands.
For fragrances, my personal fav is the "Skin" scent (reserve blend) by Clean and it to me is basically how you described that is fresh but a little sweet and I always get so many compliments from people when I wear it! Not a pheromone but sounds super similar!! I have definitely seen that one pop up on my feed though and curious. Nice to see someone try it!!
hi tati! i got my mom into watching your videos and she will constantly say, “i can’t wait for a new tati video!”. also i have a little tip you should try. i use the pink solid zote soap to wash my makeup brushes and it works AMAZING. my aunt (who’s a makeup artist) taught me that trick😁 love you!!

I ordered one of those mascara protectors things from Amazon. It will be here today actually. Saw a UA-camr I love use it. Super excited for it, my eyes are relatively hooded so if I don’t let it dry down all the way the mascara gets on my eyelids. Have high hopes for this. The one I got also does lower lashes. Game changer.

Tati, you recommend the facial girl a bit ago and I went into her Instagram last night and did her 10 min massage. Ohhhmy that was nice. Iv had a migraine for 7 days straight ( I have a migraine disorder , I’m taking prescription medication to relieve it everyday ) I woke up this am…. No headache. I’m thinking this new massage helped. So thank you 🙏🏼

Oh I love snail mucin too😂 I have the whole snail line from Mizon in daily use. It just really does something so right for my skin and i can instantly notice a difference if i try products that don't have snail stuff in it.

OMG I’m so glad you mentioned the obsession with the cutting of split ends bc I used to do the same thing and every once in a while when I have my hair down all it takes is seeing one really bad one and next thing you know the scissors are out and a half hour later I have to force myself to stop lol
