Figure skater here. Yes I wear makeup when I workout. At the rink, after to the gym or night class at ballet.. We all learned in quarantine that it doesn’t matter wether you wear makeup or not, you skin breaks out if you don’t cleanse properly.
If you get a clogged pore/zit there’s always a hydrocoloid patch!

Being from Argentina I love it when Tati says yerba mate. Here we don't drink it from a bottle, we prepare it in a special "mug" with a special "straw" (it's a whole ritual) and it's common sharing it with friends, coworkers, etc (yes we all drink from the same straw)

Oh, Tati! There is, indeed such a thing as a magical, non-creasing concealer: It’s the Sisley Paris one with botanical extracts!!! Granted, it’s expensive - like $90 -$120 depending on where you buy it - but I’ve had mine 2 years and expect it to run out in 6 months or so. Is it worth spending $1 per week for concealer? I’m 58, so it is to me!
Now, there are limitations - it doesn’t play well with primers and many foundations, any under eye cream must be fully dry before attempting application, to the extent needed you should only set it with fixing spray not powder. And since you shouldn’t use more than a dot or 2 under each eye, it might not be appropriate for very dark circles. Also, the shade range is quite limited - though it does have color correction in it.
Admittedly, there’s a learning curve to using it: It dries quickly, so you should only do one eye at a time. Tap lightly to spread and press your creases flat. Resist the urge to fuss with it once it’s set. It dries down to skin-like appearance, and will provide light to medium, natural coverage that lasts the better part of the day.
I really thought I’d have to give up on concealer until I learned about this stuff!!!

So true about the crease of concealers. I have very deep lines, the creases are always there. But the difference is if I put too much, the creases will get bigger and chunkier. So the best thing is to apply thinly with thin consistency concealers❤❤

For your smoothies, try prime protein powder. It’s grass fed beef isolate and the chocolate is absolutely phenomenal. Also, hard boiled eggs and salami are great snack. So are beef stick. I get the organic ones from chomps. Cottage cheese, like most people mentioned. I actually love fage. Just add some form of protein at every meal. You looks fabulous❤

Tati, can you show us how you try Wayne Goss’ tip for setting under eye concealer without powder and tell us if it works? I tried it and I am…. Uncertain. It seems too good to be true. Setting these under eyes without powder? The entire day i felt off but when I got home, there was no more, or less creasing and I only tried it once. I don’t know…. I should play around with it more. I was just trying to find something so that I don’t look too dry, or cakey and this might be it

My husband and I went full carnivore for about four months, and yes, it gets boring but the results are amazing. We kept it really simple, eating JUST a grilled rib-eye, or JUST a filet mignon seasoned with salt & pepper and seared in olive oil and topped with butter. In that short length of time not only did we both lose fat & weight while retaining muscle, but our labs showed dramatic improvement in our overall health. I now do more of a 'ketovore' diet to allow hints of veggies and fruit, but I primarily eat just protein. The good thing is, you don't actually need to measure macronutrients. You eat when you're hungry, and don't eat when you're not. It's simple! A bit boring, but simple.

You can eat Cottage cheese for more protein, if you blend it smooth and eat with fruit it is great for breakfasts. Quark is also amazing. And both can be made in to pancakes.

Sirloin Steak, pickled ginger, seaweed salad, avocado with hard boiled egg is one of my go to breakfast.
I have a nice protein tip. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth and make a sauce with it for chicken, fish, etc. add your favorite seasonings to it. You can actually cook thinly sliced chicken in it in the oven. So tasty 😋

Hey Tati! Any time I need to change my diet, I try to find out what the definite goal is. In your case, you feel you need a certain amount of protein, but you have allergy or sensitivity conflicts to the normal sources. So experiment with what you know you can eat. Discover new spice blends at the grocery store. Example: I have at least ten different ways to make egg salad. Mild curry powder is one of my favorite add-ons, another is Old Bay. Za'atar blends or garlic & pepper or a teaspoon of Ranch salad dressing powder add something exotic. Also, make it sweet with some sweet pickle relish with a little of the juice. If you make up a bowl of egg salad with say 4 eggs, you can have that ready for sandwiches, or to serve on a bean paste wrap, or on any kind of chips or pretzels. Just explore how to re-flavor foods you already like - no exact recipes are needed. Love the video, and I'm on your list now! Thanks for the video!

I used to drink loose leaf Yerba Mate every morning. My new obsession is Japanese sencha in the Japanese (kyusu) clay pot, it's my little morning ritual to prepare my tea 😂 Replaced my coffee a little over 2 years ago now, the caffeine kick from tea is sooo much calmer and nicer than that from coffee

I feel the same way with the extra protein, as I'm also a vegetarian. I add high quality protein powder to oatmeal, skyr, quark etc.. This gives you extra protein and flavor if you want it. You can also stir it into your coffee, but I haven't tried that.🤣
