It's disappointing in a way listening to 1970s understandings of what 'lesbianism' means, with most people going immediately to physical sex, as though just the act of sex with the same sex is defining. A lesbian relationship is all encompassing where two females share their life together just as male and female would.

Really, why would you watch this kind of thing if you didn't want to learn something new? You might say that is lesbian centred victimhood but the minority status of both womens and of lesbians makes it virtually impossible for lesbians to erase bisexual experience of women but it is common for bisexual women to themselves or via others erase lesbian experience, even their own, because of the dominance of heterosexuality and it's policing of anything outside of it. And perhaps why political lesbians particularly find this ' biphobia ' gotcha proclaimation so off the mark and vastly overstated is that all erasure of women's close and intimate relationships serves to separate women, all women.
Well, I do enjoy working on cars vs. home economics, and I have a sex drive. Can you even imagine the problem that would arise for every woman who studied STEM, played sports, and enjoyed sex would face if that were the criteria? Ladies, we can be healed lol.
