How absolutely wonderful! Today is my 72nd birthday! Hubby is out fishing and instead of cleaning for the family Thanksgiving, with all the kids and grands coming home, I am going to spend it watching your precious video. I am enjoying seeing you working with your father and so grateful for the love and memories you shared with him and gave to us. Thank you for your love of family, legacy and faith. May God grant you and yours a blessed Thanksgiving. Know you and your fantastic build skills are appreciated. Oh, one more thing. I lost my beautiful cat Sophie 2 years ago. She always enjoyed watching your videos. Not sure why, but everytime I watch I remember those treasured times cuddling with her.
@cjaracz2757 Happy Birthday to you! I'm glad you were able to take the day to relax. Did your hubby catch anything? I hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving. 🙏🙂

Hallo my friend, great to see you made a video about the whole series. I have been following you since the beginning and I do not miss a video. If you ever get to visit South Africa, I would love to meet you.
I’ve been watching since the beginning, but thanks for doing this for the people new to this 🥰. This isn’t just another log cabin…every little thing is a work of art. The ups & downs of your family life could bring a tear to your eye. I’ve lost count how many years this took…i’m guessing 4 years? The outside is wonderful, but the inside is phenomenal. Well worth the 4 hours….break it up if you can’t spare the time all at once. Thanks for the entertainment…going to put a bag of popcorn on and re-watch for a while. 🍿 Cheers 🥂
@@susanchapman4231 You're right. Having this footage of my dad has already been such a blessing. In fact, he has grandchildren, born after his passing, who have been getting to know him through these videos.
I will be 72 in January. I have watched you and your father build this cabin from the beginning and have enjoyed every second of it. I have been an outdoors guy for as long as I can remember and watching your videos of this great build has kept me inspired for the outdoor life. I just got back home (Washington State) from a week-long Montana deer hunt, living out of a wall tent (and no not guided but a DIY hunt) that a good friend of mine have done for over 40 years in Washington state, Idaho, Montana and Colorado and to see your video, albeit 4 hours long and worth every minute, made me feel so relaxed and humbled. To have this video and the memory of your father brings tears to my eyes. God bless you and your family.
@johna.9742 Those hunting trips, camping in the wilderness, in a walled tent for a week, sounds wonderful. Keep doing it for as long as you can. My grandpa is 100, and he just completed a 3-day hunting trip with my family. He didn't carry a rifle, and he slept most of the time, but he was in his element. 😄👍
Thank you for sharing the entire cabin build. It's been a long labour of love. I have watched every episode from the beginning to the present. God has clearly blessed you with the skill set and ingenuity to create the spectacular cabin. My prayer for you this coming Christmas season is that the Lord will continue to bless you and your family. You are loved by many of your subscribers.
I have watched you and your father build this cabin from the beginning. Over the years I would looked forward to any new videos. They were sad videos to watch when you announced the passing of mother and not long after the passing of your father. You and your father worked hand and hand to get the cabin to a solid dried in state. Your commitment to carry on and complete the cabin shows tribute to your father and family. Great craftsmanship and attention to detail seem to be standard. Always great to watch and look forward to more to come.
You and your family are very special. Your workmanship is second to none. You now have some great memories of your father and what he meant to you. I consider myself blessed by your videos. Thank you for sharing.

This is an incredible build. I watched all the videos of you and your father build this wonderful place. The craftsmanship is unmatched. The knowledge shared was priceless. It has been wonderful seeing you and Outsider, Sr working together again. Watching all the warm togetherness the two of you shared over this long build. The video is spectacular! Thank you for making such a grand tribute to your Dad. Certainly he is bursting with pride, but so are so many.........if not all of your subscribers. You have much to be proud of as well, young man. First of all so sorry your Dad passed way too soon. Yes, so agree that he would be proud of you. I just can’t put all my comments in this post. It would read like a book. You kept the video very interesting, for sure informative in such talent as you have. Where you came up with precisely how you brought it all together… your ideas or your fathers… someone else, the skill is over the top…so very impressive. Your focus in details. That acrylic door is gorgeous. I could go on and on but will let others gush about it and fill in… simply stunning work. Have a very blessed holiday season. It is good to see video of your father helping out on the project. I got the impression that he enjoyed helping out as much as you enjoyed building the cabin. No doubt the build gave your dad a sense of satisfaction as it would have for you too.
@whirledpeas5717 Thank you! Most of the lumber used in the build is ours. However, we did purchase the roof sheathing, and barn board flooring from a lumber yard.

It is very emotional to see this video my friend that is truth of my feeling, however it was sweet to see your Dad, I used to watch your blog from the start of the cabin build almost very week how creative you and Dad was doing thing. May blest his sol!! God bless to you and your family, I hope your wife is doing well.
Your father was so talented carpenter. I was so shocked when I heard the sad news. But your dad is now guiding you from Heaven and you've made a great job with his tips.
This is a lot of memories. I first started watching the build of thid cabin from the time u put the foundation rocks in place.Sorry about your losses of both your mum and dad, I have over the years also lost mine , although at 73 I am much older than u Love your channel wish there was a lot moe & GOD bless

I’m sorry when I get emotional I’m not paying attention to what I’m writing but I mean to say my dad , thanks for not going crazy on me, but I know how it is and he’s been more than strong and happy that he’s dad was there with him to do this build, 👍🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Bravo, absolutely beautiful, yes your Dad would be so proud of all you have accomplished!! Carry on!! Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas, and a fruitful New Year!!
@Adam202 That's one of my favorite shots of him too. It was earlier in the build, before we could afford a snowmobile, so we had to hike in on snowshoes to reach the build site. The clearings were much more difficult to walk through, as the wind and snow would blast us.
Absolutely enjoyed watching the cabin being built and a shame you're dad didn't make it till the end he wouldn't be so proud of you for caring on to finish it. I hope you and your family enjoy it for a very long time.
Just gotta say, this is officially the longest video I've ever watched straight through and it was well worth it. I know this must've taken an absurd amount of time to edit, so thank you for your many hours of hard work to get this out to us. I love the memories of this. I have watched you start building this log home from day one. Putting a beeswax on the foundation good idea. Sign in the vintage wagon wheel centerpiece light beautiful. And I like how you honored your father. Both times. When you smash your finger on the building of the steps my finger hurts after you did it too😅😅. If you had to do it all over again is there anything that you would change different???. May you and your young family get many many years of beautiful memories from the sacred ground. I can't wait to see what you're going to do with the other build coming. If you have a wonderful Thanksgiving this year and a beautiful Christmas 🎁🎄. And may God bring you peace and good fortunes within your heart ❤️👊🙏🙏 amen. Thank you for the memories.

The best 4 hours that i have enjoyed in a very long time. Thanks for taking US along on your journey and letting US look over your shoulder. Jim in central Florida
It is very emotional to see this video my friend that is truth of my feeling, however it was sweet to see your Dad, I used to watch your blog from the start of the cabin build almost very week how creative you and Dad was doing thing. May blest his sol!! God bless to you and your family, I hope your wife is doing well.
Number one build on UA-cam! No old trapper cabin like the guy in Ontario.
What a wonderful trip down your memories with your dad by your side.
I miss your father, but even more I miss seeing the two of you work together.❤
I watched all episodes of this build and have been following your progress for years now. Thank you (includes your dad and you family) for your hard word and great content. Still looking forward to each and every new episode!
This video is a wonderful tribute and reminder of your dad, Outsider. He'll be happy about it in heaven.
It was great to see your dad again. Thanks for sharing!
What a great video sir. It’s good to reminisce and remember the legacy your dad has left. One of the nicest cabin builds out there.
Congratulations on your beautiful cabin with some family time in the effort and something you can pass down to future generations ❤!
I lost my that last year in sep 19 so is a part that we miss so mush especially when we think of them the most . 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I'm very proud of you and your dad that done the work on this cabin! I must admit, even I still miss seeing your dad working with you. I've seen every one of your episodes and I've enjoyed every single one. keep up the good work Mr outsider! I'll be waiting for the next video. Until the next time, may God richly bless you and your family in a way that you cannot imagine! Charles, Salisbury, N.C.

to all who enter and those of us viewing remotely .
Thank you so much for bringing us along ! Looking forward to future projects !
May you and yours stay safe , well and creative !
You had such an amazing adventure building the cabin with your Pops. You have shone much creativity on the rest of the project. I can watch the job get done over and over.
I can't imagine the work that went into making this full build video. You are a multi-talented individual!
Have watched from the start and enjoyed every single video, i have cried with you as i have lost those 2 most important people in our lives as well and watching you push on has really helped me with pushing on as well my friend, your channel is one of the most inspirational channels on UA-cam and skills and workmanship as far from none!! May God continue to bless you and your family and i hope you all are blessed with much these coming Holidays, they always seem to be the hardest, God Bless my friend 😉
I've watched you for a number of years. I love the show love how you and your dad Were always together and he's still right there beside you. God bless you, young man, keep on keeping on
I’m sorry when I get emotional I’m not paying attention to what I’m writing but I mean to say my dad , thanks for not going crazy on me, but I know how it is and he’s been more than strong and happy that he’s dad was there with him to do this build, 👍🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Your mom and dad are both looking down on you and smiling.
Your cabin is simply magical and the stuff of dreams. A true credit to you and your father’s skills and talent. Loved the video - thanks for sharing.
You’re very talented. I’m sorry to hear about your Dad. You guys worked so well together. Beautiful cabin. Great job.
So So So BEAUTIFUL ❤
By far the nicest cabin build on UA-cam
Bravo, absolutely beautiful, yes your Dad would be so proud of all you have accomplished!! Carry on!! Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas, and a fruitful New Year!!
11:08 I just love this shot of your old man
@Adam202 That's one of my favorite shots of him too. It was earlier in the build, before we could afford a snowmobile, so we had to hike in on snowshoes to reach the build site. The clearings were much more difficult to walk through, as the wind and snow would blast us.
I have no words, perfection from your God given skills, Dad would certainly be very proud of you as your family certainly are. 👏👏👏👏💕🙏🙏🙏🇬🇧
Incredible! Even after watching each episode as they came out over the years.
Thank you!
Wonderful Tribune to your Father. Loved watching completely through. Beautiful cabin.❤
I look forward to every episode :) Hope you and your family are doing well.
Wow thanks! I never expected anyone to watch it in one sitting, so I'm impressed! 😄👍 Thanks for the support.
@@TheOutsiderCabin With winter upon us and work slowing down, this is one of my favourite ways to relax and unwind :)
What an amazing video. Your dad is so proud of you. I have followed this build from the beginning. Your content has truly touched so many lives in a good way. Keep up the awesome work and many more years of blessings coming your way. 👍😎✌️
So very sorry for your lost you guys done a very good job you should make a plaque with your dad name on it to hang on the cabin
Really beautiful video. Your Dad would be so proud of you.
Hi I’ve been with you for so long. As I’m deaf tonight there were no subtitles so I didn’t really have a clue what it was about.
@johnkmcgregor5209 Apologies, my friend. There should be subtitles, so I'm not sure why the option isn't currently available to viewers. I'll see if I can get it sorted.
Oh my goodness I forgot your first videos haircut love it now but laughed the first time I saw it!
I cant stop crying,im about to say Please don't catch colds PAPA .im Shock to know he Pass away .He's now watching u from heaven and He's very proud all❤ of you His LOVE ONES ❤ i been watching ur wonderful videos on my other accounts ( was hack )
Best content I've seen
