Tons of big nuggets in this video. Especially near the end. Enjoy. Anyone interested in accessing my in-depth coaching and training head to my website in the description.
This is great. Communication tactics always work. When you block your mind off and say, “oh this is just practice of course it can go this way”. That’s the benefit of role playing, because the general public aren’t expecting anything you’re saying. You’re free to work your magic!
Hearing the reason why you ask questions the way that you do makes me think about why I’ve bought things with certain salespeople. It’s starting to click
thank you for sharing the knowledge! Respect to trainee, it's so hard to just be able to go through whole objection and learn the words and say them, it's very cool how Bryan gives him freedom and no pressure at all. BC is beast, honestly so natural and probably the best salesman out there with no extra fluff
I like this Tanner, he’s going to do great things and I have a lot of belief in him. It appears to me he doesn’t give up on himself even after mistakes and I’m rooting for his success 🙌🏼
In my opinion, most of them, who wishing for buyer, instead of cooperate with us, are waste of time for me. I'm not pushing them to cooperate with me. In my opinion, if someone is intresting about cooperate with us, we dont need to push them and changing they decisions. We can see this throught the phone, how persons responds to our questions. Am i wrong?
sure. To be clear though, i'm not pushing them. I'm asking questions to determine how they think and process all of this. If that thinking is flawed, I can come in and assist them.
How about Dealing with sellers who REFUSE to lower their price even after seeing the comps and listing with multiple agents? Is there a time where you just say fuck it and walk away?
yes walk. during the prequalification process, you should eliminate most of the unrealistic people even before going on the appointment. This is why its important that we have systems and processes that we follow 100% as outlined

I'm close, love your style. Listen to what you say at 1:35 in role play with Tanner up until 1:55. What you said you wouldnt ask, you did ask. hahaha
