The chair has two levers. The one on your right hand allows you to adjust the height. The one on the left hand is a two-position switch that either prevents the ability to lean back, or allows it.
Thanks for the demo. I got this today. Amazing chair. At first, i felt the lumbar support (more like an ejector seat)to be pretty uncomfortable. But it can be deactivated or reduced by adjusting the black knob on the bottom of the chair. Hope this helps!

It looks nice and confortable, but what I don´t get is why buy bonded leather chairs that WILL PEEL??? I have never had a bonded leather chair that does peel after a few months use, or at the very best one or two years. Is these a scam to make us buy chairs often??? I miss the automotive fabric office chairs that lasted many years. No one seems to make them. Only fake leather a mesh, all materials that don´t last.

It’s the lever on the left that controls the back. Handle on right is for height adjustment.

It sticks out when it is upright and fads back when u lean back

Please adjust or take the black knob out. It deactivates the lumbar support.
