    I moved into a house with this faucet already installed and didn't realize I could switch it over to manual. This is a game changer. Thanks Dave!!!

    I love this product. I have had it installed for several years. What I most like about it is that it's a water saver. No need to let the water run constantly when doing dishes. My experience with customer service has been positive.

    I also love the fact that just pulling down the head turns it on and off! I think THATS MY FAVORITE FEATURE! I can't tell you how many times I go to other peoples houses and try to turn on their faucets that way! 🤣🤣

    Thanks! I was using the faucet in manual mode because it stopped working. Replaced the batteries and couldn't get it to work at all :o Couldn't get it to work after turning the button clockwise or counterclockwise but then saw your video and unplugged the data line, waited a couple of minutes and plugged it back in. Voila! Thanks so much!

    After two years, wife says Flow faucet not working. Time to change batteries? Changed batteries, no change but I could hear the solenoid valve clicking. Hmmm. Changed valve underneath to "manual". Still no flow. Hmmm. Possible solenoid valve plugged. So I tried unscrewing the faucet head. Water flows like a river with no head. Hmm. There was no indication how I could dissemble the head. But the first thing the water hits is what I think is the flow restrictor, It's tiny but it pries out of the head inlet. Looks like some kind of valve - maybe a one-way check valve. Reassembled the head to the hose and works like a charm, with more flow. So add this to your list of possible problems.

      I had a similar issue. Water would be flowing and then suddenly stop. I could hear the sensor trying to open the valve but nothing. Switched the valve on the black box to manual and still nothing. I found the comment hear and gave it a try. Removing the flow restrictor worked for a few minutes and then the water snapped off again. Everything worked great with the nozzle head removed so I knew where the problem was, just not what the problem was. It ended up being the manual shut-off button on the nozzle head. Water flow or vacuum pressure was causing it to active and stop the water. You can see the manual shut-off mechanism inside the nozzle head so I used a wooden skewer to push the valve open. That seems to have done the trick as all is working fine now.

      @@tlmoore91 Thanks for posting this. I wish I saw it before I removed the Flow faucet (after ~7years of service) and re-installed the original builder faucet just to get some running water in the kitchen again. Had to push that valve in and out a few times before it started working again as you described. Will try that first if it happens again! :) Thanks @DiscoverwithDave as well for posting the original video as well. Appreciate you both!!

    Glad that has helped folks. We've had Flow for a couple years and it leaks around the handle. Two local plumbers have told us they can't fix because they can't get parts for model. It was hard to get a response from the BioBidet company and they said we could ship it in and pay for repairs. Something like this is an investment for long-term use. People should be able to repair their own devices. Just an FYI for folks who are thinking about the product.

    A major flaw in these touchless faucets is the cartridge that is in the electronic box. Mine started dripping after about 1.5 years but only if the manual handle was open. When manually closed it did not drip which means that the manual cartridge was fine. But when it was open and ready for the sensor it was constantly dripping.

      My kitchen and quartz and the even the sheet rock look the same as this guy's lol. I have the same problem with my handle. I just installed mine today and I just rotated it a bit so that I can freely open the hot water and to prevent it from hitting the wall. Its slightly noticeable and the sensor is not centered but it's better then getting annoyed by the handle every time you use the sink.

    This Flow kitchen Faucet is garbage. I have had it for 2 yrs and after a yr I have to change the batteries every month. They offered me a new black box but wanted me to buy it, send them the old one and if there was a problem with my old electronics box they would refund me the money. What a waste of time and money. plumber wanted $200 for install. Should have paid the extra $200 from the start and purchased a Moen or a Delta.

      @finallyOK Рік тому

      Huh, the same symptom happened to me, first set of batteries last for over a year, then every 2 or 3 weeks have to change fresh ones. I ended up soldering a 6V AC/DC adapter wire to the control box battery compartment to get rid of using battery. There are also AA dummy battery in the market, around $5 for 4. Using them with adapter or some dummy battery also come with AC/DC power adapter hooked in the package for total around $12 pretax. You do not have to the wiring work as I'm doing. The other thing I do not like is the water volume control handle, narrow range from no water to strong stream , harder to get somewhere in in between. It looks not high end also.
