2 UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters carrying American Flag and 12th Man flag! What a cool moment, gave me chills. Thank you for all of those who are and who have served our country!

That stadium is loud the stadium fans can be heard one county away that stadium is the perfect amplifier for sound to carry. The Seahawks fans are so loud they even created a tiny earthquake when they won the only super bowl

I actually wonder if those were flown by the “Night Stalkers”. 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. They’re part of the Army, but within the JSOC, which includes Delta Force and SEAL Team 6, which they’ve since renamed DEVGRU. Anyway, the Night Stalkers are used for flying high speed, low altitude missions, usually at night and also on short notice. They were the ones who brought the SEALS in and out of Osama Bin Laden’s compound. They’ve done many other high profile missions too. These guys are really good.
Those were not 160th. SOAR aircraft have the refueling boom out the front.
Flyovers are typically done by aircraft from a local military base, National Guard included. The Puget Sound area has many,

@@shandycohoon4720 I’m sure. I’m quite positive that the scene in Zero Dark Thirty where the SEAL’s all go to Area 51 to check out the helicopters they’ll be using was real. The guy said it right in the movie…it uses basically the same technology as the stealth fighters and bombers. I gotta say that would be a crazy thing to experience. Considering that I originally was talking about the Night Stalkers…to be in an urban area, at night, look up and see a helicopter flying barely above your head, yet you can hard hardly hear it would be a trip.

12th Man is what the Seattle Seahawks fanbase is called because they are so loud and dedicated to their team, They affect the game they make it hard for opposing teams to play in Seattle. it’s like Seattle playing with 12 players.

I've been working in Army Aviation for the past 23 years. I can assure you, the amount of money spent on flyovers is minimal. The funds required to keep aircrews current and well trained is already allocated, and these flyovers contribute to their training. So basically, if they don't do flyovers, they'll end up flying some other training mission that the civilian population won't have the opportunity to see.
