@@AirDogSales do you guys got any videos coming with a sump like Beans installed in bottom of tank? Your the only company that done a video on a install on a 12v cummins how do you install Fuel pressure switch that was installed into side of p pump?
@@AirDogSales do you guys do installs ? If so I need my new kit installed on my 96 ram 3500 12v cumins I have the beans sump but opened yo do whatever’s best
Wow this dude who made this video didn't get back to you. Well in that case I would just put a 150gph. Plenty of fuel. The 165gph is 100 bucks more and is quiet. I like the 150 because you can hear it.
Being a pressurized system, it doesn't matter where the pressure gauge goes. If the sending unit wires don't reach the AirDog, we do sell a fuel pressure tee splice that will press right into our 1/2" fuel line.
Prolly won’t get a respons but is there any way to put an air dog with out installing factory fule lines at all both on my nipples on my sending unit crumbled in my hands
The kit bypasses those old stock lines. Make sure to order a filler neck for the return line. My 165gph didn't come with it . And buy a draw straw to bypass the fuel Pick up supply line you will have to drop your tank and drill a hole with a hole saw for the draw straw.
Man I’ve watched this video like 5 times and still have questions. I’m installing a AirDog 5G 220gph on my 97 dodge ram 2500 12v Cummins with a dual sump from Ohio diesel. I’m running a block off plate on the mechanical lift pump port and deleted the stock fuel filter and removed the stock hard fuel lines. Curious what I do with the hard line where the overflow valve goes. I have a Tork Tek 70psi race overflow valve I’m installing to replace the adjustable one. Also do I need to use the filler neck adapter when using a sump? And should there be an oring or gas Teflon tape on the fitting that goes into the banjo fitting on the pump!
If you are replacing the return line off of the p-pump you will still need to tee the injector return into the return line. The injector return needs to be downstream of the overflow valve. If you have a feed and return sump, you won't need to use the filler neck tee. No, no tape or sealant on the fittings. The sealing washer provided in the kit does all the sealing.
I bought 3 AirDogs so far in my life lol. One on my 1991. One on my 1994 witch has a 165gph and one on my 2003. Get R Done! Lol
Major life motivational, now I can't wait to use my new 94 Dually for my Tow Pig hauling/transporting service tow pig...
Absolutely! Get it on the road!

Great video! All the info needed
For the guys running a fuel cell, what’s the best way / modify the return line?
Does installing this pump make the in take pump not in use anymore? Or could the in take pump feed the air dog as well?
12v Cummins Diesels do not have an in-tank pump. Only a fuel level sending unit.
What kit should I get for a freightliner fl70 with 5.9 cummins 12 valve engine?

Does this kit get rid of the fuel shut off solenoid as well? Or does that stay on the truck?
Nicely done. I had a question, where do you recommend installing a fuel pressure gauge? On the air dog itself or closer to the p pump?

Thats the plan!
LOVE this video! Its my twin!
