"This spot is hard to find", yep it is considering you didn't actually show it ;) Appreciate you making the video and I'm going to try it, but it is tough without a diagram or some idea of where we're actually supposed to do a couple of these points. The one on the head you can't tell where it is in the one beside the knee - your videographer didn't even show it on camera!
