- hi guys, i couldn't add the actual video into my reaction so if you haven't seen the music video for this song, i strongly suggest you check it out. very cool. please let me know what song i should listen next.
Thanks for watching. Lyrics below.
I know the pieces fit 'cause I watched them fall away
Mildewed and smoldering, fundamental differing
Pure intention juxtaposed will set two lover's souls in motion
Disintegrating as it goes testing our communication
The light that fueled our fire then has burned a hole between us so
We cannot see to reach an end crippling our communication
I know the pieces fit 'cause I watched them tumble down
No fault, none to blame, it doesn't mean I don't desire
To point the finger, blame the other, watch the temple topple over
To bring the pieces back together, rediscover communication
The poetry that comes from the squaring off between
And the circling is worth it
Finding beauty in the dissonance
There was a time that the pieces fit, but I watched them fall away
Mildewed and smoldering, strangled by our coveting
I've done the math enough to know the dangers of our second guessing
Doomed to crumble unless we grow and strengthen our communication
cold silence has
A tendency to
Atrophy any
Sense of compassion
Between supposed lovers
Between supposed lovers
I know the pieces fit
I know the pieces fit
I know the pieces fit
I know the pieces fit
I know the pieces fit
I know the pieces fit
I know the pieces fit
I know the pieces fit

The worst part of listening to Tool for the first time is you’ll never get to hear Tool for the first time ever again.
That's so true. Once you hear them, you'll never get the chance to experience that "holy shit" moment again. I spoke to someone recently who said his 6 year old was a huge Tool fan. I was so impressed and jealous at the same time. This kids into Tool at age 6!!! He's experiencing greatness at such a young age.
I guess that’s only one good side of developing dementia....haha every day is like hearing TOOL again for the first time. Lol ;)
That’s how I felt after seeing them live, had tickets on Friday April 17th in Orlando, row 1. (Maynard’s birthday) Thanks a lot COVID 😩
I’ve seen them 11 times so I’m not that devastated but there is nothing like a live Tool show. They are truly otherworldly...
I dunno, the worst part of listening to Tool is the listening part.
Not for me.
@@GolfTool
That is so true. I saw them a few months ago. It was PHENOMENAL. Not my first time, that was way back in 2001, but I'm sad that I missed them in April. I had VIP tix too. Tool is too, too good.
Im low key addicted to watching people listen to Tool for the first time.
I'm low-key addicted to reading comments about people being addicted to watching people hear tool for the first time.
Same !
Me too!!
Same
Honestly same
Remember when Tool outsold Taylor Swift last year and every Taylor Swift fan lost their minds..they just didn't know what they were missing
mark leveillee lol yup. It was that “new band, Tool.” 😂
the good ol' days.
That's because they've been dumbed-down to think bubble-gum horseshit is great music.
@@Tdub0911lol ..I'm sure the previous generations said the same about our music
I like both Tool and TS songs. I can't believe how people can argue about music, everyone has the right to listen to whatever they like and no one should tell them otherwise. 🎶Embrace your desire to feel the rhythm!🎶
All Tool is special, for me Pneuma is a masterpiece of musical existentialism...enjoy
I'm not really sold on the new album. It just builds and no pay off. Audio blue balls.
EHnus Lover696 yeah it wasn’t exactly as good as we expected it to be but you gotta respect the image and musicianship that these men have✊ but pneuma was a top tier song imo
delmarhi descending? If you don’t think there’s a pay off.. you need to listen again lol the build up still gives me chills. That’s exactly what music is suppose to do.
@@delmarhi Learn more patience and close your eyes imagining a visual journey. It's incredible to those who can enjoy the journey and not get caught up in trying to find the end.
And an ultimate showcase for one of the greatest drummers of all time. The guy is 58 years old.
The song is obviously about the struggles of assembling IKEA furniture.
😂
Haha
Best comment 😂
Dude...stop! 🤣
It's actually about rebuilding a Lego set that fell off an IKEA shelf.
The way you listen to Tool is... lay down, close your eyes and drift on the music. ;)
Absolutely this. Let it take you and wash over you.
With the lights off too. You're not the first person I've heard say that
And if you can... smoke a bowl first.
The best way I found to do this was to go out to the country where there is no other noise and when you turn out the lights there is absolute darkness. Lay back and listen.
The way you listen to Tool is... any way that you can. But yeah, preferably this. And if you're ever fortunate enough to have the chance to see them live, by god take it. Shit'll change yo' mother#&$@in' life!
“Cold silence has the tendency to atrophy any sense of compassion”
Just such a great line
Between supposed lovers
@@jaykelley103 thank you for finishing that very important part of that lyric. I was just about to but you beat me to it. Additionally, it’s the most beautiful part of that lyric
I always get shivers in that part
How many other writers add "juxtaposed" into their lyrics? 😆Keenan is just brilliant.
So deep man no one really knows
I love the fact that you didn't pause the song once while listening, (i think it messes with the momentum when others do it) . You still had thoughts to offer and put them on the screen as written words. Great Idea!
The danger is, UA-cam can pull her video which I think is stupid.
And so your journey into the magnificent and mind bending world of TOOL begins. There is no escape. You're in and we welcome you.

This is why TOOL took over the charts when they went digital. BEST BAND EVER
Maybe for you.
Aiden Macleod obviously. I’m sure the commenter, wasn’t speaking for you lol
@@aiden_macleod I suppose I should have been more specific, but I did not mean this particular song. I meant more her reaction to Tool in general, and the fact that they are a great band. No point in being negative, my friend. If you have an intelligent point to offer, by all mean do so. Everyone is entitled their opinions.
@@aiden_macleod stooge comment of the day, of course they're the best band ever for him. wanker.
Nah man. Thrice is the best band ever.
Pneuma, 46 and 2, and sober.. need to be added to your list!
Totally agree. Although I do love Opiate and Jerk-off a lot too.
The Pot is another great one. My fav song to play on bass.
Yes i like sober alot
Jeremy Boynowski If she’s prone to nightmares, she might need to stay away from Opiate.
Just listen to all their albums start to finish. As conceptual pieces they should first be heard as a whole concept and then individual song picking is fine. :o Opiate and Undertow on Vinyl are fantastic. I was amazed at how different they sounded from disc or mp3 or any digital form. Im not one of those pretentious snobs that turns my nose up to non viynl. I say get your music how you get it it's all great, but if you have the chance check them out. It feels more pure and raw is the only way I can describe the sound from the first time I heard the needle hit the record.
"Let me know what other Tool to listen to..."
Yes.
"Is this their best song?"
Tool's whole catalog is full of masterpieces, each with their own unique flavor. I'd be hard pressed to give you their best song in each album, never mind an overall best. The latest album is fantastic, though.
take your pic its all good. their earlier stuff is a little heavier. but good
Everything they have done is 100, it's just amazing
Personally I think Vicarious is there magnum opus! Wait until you hear that!
watching 'Pneuma' with the camera on Danny Carey on drums will blow your mind
Ric sincerely you should just download their first album and start at track one and then after you have listened to that album 3 times download the next and do the same. They have LIFE CHANGING music in so many pieces of their work! I have 3-5 FAVORITES on each album and often it takes a few times over to catch some of the message.
“Cold silence has a tendency to atrophy any sense of compassion between supposed lovers.” - My favorite Maynard lyric
Absolutely. Incredible.
“Pure intention juxtaposed will set two lover's souls in motion.
Disintegrating as it goes, testing our communication” - another great lyric
And this one...
“ The poetry that comes from the squaring off between
and the circling is worth it,
finding beauty in the dissonance” -Maynard is brilliant, that’s a fact!
"Pure intention, juxtaposed, to set two lover's souls in motion" Love it. Lyrically, may be Maynard's best work. Invincible is also right up there for me.
Well, this music is brilliant, its about schism in every aspect, religious, pollitical, etc. in humanity, how we get separed by our incapacity to undestand each other points of view, but all the pieces feat together. Sorry by my bad english, greatings from Brazil.
"A cold silence has a tendency to atrophy any sense of compassion." No matter how many times i listen to this song, that line STILL sends chills up my spine. No joke.
Between supposed lovers. That’s the important end to that lyric. Probably my favorite lyric ever tbh.
Agreed
The more you listen to Tool the more you appreciate everything put into the music. I’ve been listening to them for about 16 years now and they’re one of the only bands that I never get tired of and need to take breaks from.
The entire Lateralus album is a masterpiece 😍
You trip?
Hint: never watch vids when first listening to Tool they are way to distracting from the music
@yetti399 Wtf is up with the tool music videos. I've been a long time fan of tool but I never understood why their music videos are so weird.
@@paulanderson7105 Adam Jones' creative labor. Open to interpretation, lol.
First Tool song and video I ever saw was Sober on Much Music a million years ago. That shit got me hooked.
UNLESS you're filming your reaction to the song in which case you might as well get your reaction to the video at the same time. before any song you like you should definitely go back and listen to it without watching the video so you can focus on the music.
HiGH FIVE YETTI399!!!
Slanzzy: this song is so intelligent musically and lyrically
Lateralus: hold my beer...
😂
Fibonacci sequence
Edit: to clarify the fibonacci sequence was used in the song lateralus. Talk about intelligent!
Third Eye says hello.
Danny Carey with his fuckin octopus arms in ticks and leeches is something else as well!
No doubt, Lateralus is great. The fact is that that album is spectacular as a whole. It, along with Schism, are top five Tool songs. However, in spite of the specific sequence in Lateralus, Schism changes meter 47 times. I've heard a lot of covers, and no one, NO ONE, nails it like the originators. Especially the build up part near the end.
Lateralus is a must. Look up the Fibonacci sequence and this song, the syllables fit perfectly. “Spiral out!, keep going, spiral ouuuut!!”
Came here to say exactly this. And it’s not just the lyrics. The music also has components of the Fibonacci sequence.
Stop it with the Fibonacci Sequence- It's just an awesome rythem
can also look up mgk on rogans podcast talking about how it was all an accident and was never intentional. While it is quite the coincidence, the "genius" everyone puts behind the claim is false and becoming outdated.
She will need some extra tools for spiral out
The fetuccini sequence
It still amazes me how every song they do is a theatrical master piece
8 seconds in I’m thinking “she has no idea what she’s getting herself in to”
Yoooo same lmao. I’m like” just wait until you look into the lyrics because the mind of Maynard is... different” to put it lightly.
@@ericquinney6004 She will be spiralling out in no time. ;)
I introduced my kids to Tool, they prefer to drive with me. Introduction to my daughter was the Fear Innoculum tour. What a great intro. Mom likes the bubble gum pop.
Roel Vela this could be the dumbest comment on UA-cam.
Roel Vela who’s entitled?
Please give A Perfect Circle a shot if you enjoyed Tool 😊. It’s some of Maynards best work IMO. The track “The Noose” literally brings tears to my eyes still to this day.
Mr. Dos 💪💪
APC is the best. The track “Breña” puts me in a good place.
No love for Puscifer? I *only* checked them out because of Maynard and was pleasantly hooked immediately after. There's a few songs on each album I didn't really care for, some of which grew on me. But for the most part they got some good stuff. "Dear Brother" is a good one. "Humbling River" was used on a video game Transformers WFC but is definitely a good song. "Momma Said" is good, the "Tandimonium" mix is better IMO. "Trekka" good, "Spaghetti Trekka" is good too. "Polar Bear" and "Potions" brought me close to tears when I heard them, not because they are crazy powerful, but because I felt a connection to the meaning I interpreted from them. They are both really great though. "Arsonist", "Autumn", "Apocalyptical", "The Remedy" and more. This is just a small list of a portion of my favorites, If you're new to them, check them out. I guarantee you won't be sorry you did. If you're familiar with the band, hopefully someone who isn't learns of them from this so it wasn't so pointless...😂
You're onto it Sarah. Orestes is my fave from them, absolutely beautiful!
Oh my god I remember when Mer de Noms came out. I saw APC live opening for NIN. First time seeing MJK sing live. So beautiful. Definitely give Mer a listen. So stunning.
It's so cool to see someone discover and appreciate this. Much respect for actively listening and being objective. "Schism" has been my favorite Tool song for awhile, but "Pneuma" is creeping up there. I would love to see your reaction to Danny Carey | "Pneuma" by Tool (LIVE IN CONCERT)
Be well, Slanzzy. You're beautiful.
I knew your keen ear would appreciate Tool. I'm so happy every time someone hears something new to them for the first time and it just clicks with them.
My favorites are 46 & 2, Sober, Aenima from their old stuff and Pnuema, 7empest & Fear Inoculum off their newest album
Tool is not a band that produces songs to listen to, they are an experience you fully immerse yourself in.
i wish i saw them live
if i am not mistaken. they won a grammy for best metal performance
I've been a TOOL fan since '98, don't remember a truck honk in this song. Must have missed it all these years..lol
I think she adds that sound effect to avoid copyright infringement
It's in some of her other videos
That’s sabbath
I’ve been OGT since back in ‘92, on their 1st EP ;)
honk if you like TOOL
i’m glad i stumbled onto your video. it reminded me of the first time i heard it and made me re-appreciate it all over again. after watching this i watched the video for the song and... yeah, i feel like the video distracts from the music. definitely turn off the nightmare fuel and close your eyes and soak in the sound. :)
Love the song, loved your reaction and comments with it, and I must say I like the art work hanging on your wall - very cool looking!
Great to see you getting into some Tool..... you're going to go on a journey.
Some other Tool songs: 'The Pot', 'Vicarious', 'Sober', 'Jambi', 'Parabol & Parabola' (Parabol is the intro to Parabola) and of course, 'Lateralus'. But there is just so many others to choose from....
You're the first person I seen recommend jambi. My guy.
If I see someone really gets it, like REALLY gets it after listening to just 1 song, do the entire journey, start with the EP and work through the albums in order. But that's a LOT of reactions to record.
I'd add pneuma to that list as well
I agree with Daniel. Jambi is absolutely EXTRAORDINARY

@@crackymcsmoke8730 that's funny Tool, Rage Against the Machine and Radiohead are my holy trinity...
Love to see more Tool reaction videos! Awesome rabbit hole to explore
It is so cool to be able to watch reaction videos of someone who has a developed ear towards music actually take a chance on stepping outside of their comfort zone to try and understand what others are hearing.. it sets a great example to follow on learning how to listen, no matter where you are from or how old you are.. If you want to hear more Tool, I highly recommend 'Pneuma'..( check out the 'Danny Carey-Vic Firth' live drum cam video.. that will really blow your mind..) Another suggestion for a first viewing video would be Living Color's "Cult of Personality" - ( the official vid has an audio mix that really does the song justice.) I saw this band back in the day and was totally blown away. They opened up for a headlining act whose name I don't even remember, these guys really brought it ! (--And if you're not familiar with them yet, the real surprise is yet to come once you see the vid.) Cheers, thanks again for all the fun posts.. :-)

the Lateralus album itself is a masterpiece
How do you know that most people think that's their best song? Did you count them?
What an amazing analysis. I've been listening to them for nearly 20 years now. Everyday. The things they do with music, the musicianship. It's is just amazing. You got a new sub btw.
I've been a metal fan for 25 years. Your comment at 10:00 is better than I've ever described my love for this style of music. Well done.
Brilliant reaction, so glad you finally gave tool a shot. They are a truly mind blowing band. This song has to many time signatures changes to count and many are in very strange meters. A schism is seperation or a breaking up. The song is about how when communication ceases death follows. If our brains do not communicate with our bodies we die. If we do not communicate with each other our relationship dies. This is why we must bring the pieces back together, rediscover communication. All of tool's music is brilliant, their song lateralus revolves around the fibbonaci sequence, their song 46 and 2 is jungian development of ones personal shadow and their song vicarious is about human nature and our desire to watch things suffer. They have songs about patience, forgivnes, human nature, drugs, spiritual transformation and much more. I highly recomend their song the patient, you will really like it and it has deep lyrics.
Some other great Tool songs are:
Forty Six & 2, Stinkfist, Sober, Aenima, Intolerance, Ticks & Leaches, and Eulogy, just for starters. Enjoy🤘
46&2 and sober my favorites
Some other great Tool songs are: All
And the rest
Andrew gets it
knocked it out of the park - how you created this - commenting via images, rolling text and speaking as one would during a song - well done.
It is about relationships but not just a single couple but humanity with each other. We are social creatures who instinctively act cooperatively and in tribes, however with the society we have, this has broken down and we are becoming more selfish and individualistic, our communication and cooperation with each other has suffered, but if we can regain compassion for each other we can start to cooperate and rebuild. (put the pieces back together)
Tool, along with Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd is probably the greatest of musical journeys. They all require several listens and get better over time.
Enjoy every moment. My only recommendation is to listen to the songs without the video. It is aural ecstasy.

Slanzy:. "This was as close to a masterpiece as I think I've heard."
The rest of the discography: "Am I a joke to you?"
this comment made my fucking day, simply awesome!
I'm so glad you took the leap into checking out this band. They're really special and completely unique. They put a lot of value on the production of their songs as if it's the fifth band member in a way. Very artful in the music as well as the lyrics with so many time changes in the rhythm but also between the individual instruments where the drummer might be in 14/4 and the bass in 7/4 and the guitarist bridging between the two. The lyricist adds a whole other layer to the sound which is why his voice is sometimes a little low in the mix. It's not about any one of them individually but rather all four of them together that gives them such a layered and complex sound. If you liked this, you're really going to like most anything off of the AEnima or Laterallus albums. 10,000 Days and Fear Inoculum are really, really great as well. Try "Forty Six & 2", "Laterallus", "Right in Two" or "Descending". Keep up the great work! 😉
You've only scratched the surface, my dear. It only gets better, and better. SPIRAL OUT! Keep going...
you must listen to "Sober" Maynards vocals are insane and the video is mind bending !
This could describe literally ANY Tool song...
I love seeing someone who is completely unaware of Tool, listen for the first time. Especially when they have the intelligence to be able to understand and appreciate any piece of good music. She knew she was listening to perfection even though it isn't a familiar genre. Very well done. Looking forward to watching you experience tool for the first time. I envy you because I still remember how I felt experiencing them for first time. 'Parabol Parabola' are meant to be heard together as one song. 'Jimmy'' 'The Pot', 'Jambi' are just a few tracks that will make you think about these songs way after you heard them.
I was never really into Tool, but after listening to this and 46 and 2, I like them. The bass is very driving in their songs. I'm glad you're enjoying it. By the way, I love your makeup.

This is debatable.
I saw Tool back in November in philly, it was like a religious experience. Just wow!
Very debatable, visually it’s one of the best but i thought soundgarden was incredible and rate it at the top of my favourite live concerts and I’ve seen tool 8 times spanning from 2000 to now

The live show they put on is outstanding. They let the music take center stage and allow vibrant visual effects set the ambience. Just next level in every aspect of what they do.
So glad you arent one of those that has to pause to say one little thing about the song, just let it play and put your comments over it, much appreciated. I can't stand when a reviewer is like "Hold up, *pause* that was awesome, let's start it again" *starts it over for the 100th time*
I hate that too. What are you pausing for? Listen to the masterpiece straight through and enjoy. No reason to pause 🙄
I loved how you just kept going and didnt pause. Sub earned.
My favorite song from my favorite band! Love your videos!
The Pot, Vicarious, Pnuema. They have tons of Amazingly written songs about a plethora of topics that you would never think to write a song about. At the same time, don't forget the other works of Maynard J. like A Perfect Circle where he recorded my personal favorite Judith.
The library of masterpieces they compose, is immense. Listen to the following: invincible, descending, lateralus, are just a few that will leave you in awe..
I've subbed for more Tool and MJK. So wonderful to find young people appreciating music like Tool, the greatest band of all time, as far as I am concerned. You are right on about the interpretation of the song. The music videos are too distracting for a first listen, actually, try to wait to watch the video until after you've heard the song a few times. I hope you continue with Tool and do their entire discography, because they literally do not have a bad song. Maynard James Keenan is the vocalist, and he is the only vocalist (they layer his voice when needed for a particular part of a song) and he also writes all the lyrics. He is a genius and widely considered to have the best voice in rock/metal. I agree. I love MJK's voice, it is one of the four pillars of Tool, along with the guitar of Adam Jones, the bass of Justin Chancellor (Paul D'Amour played in early Tool) who is the "heart" of the beat moreso than the drums. Danny Carey, the drummer, is the best living drummer. No question. He is often called "The Octopus" since it seems he has eight arms when he plays his complicated, and yes, very intelligent, drums/percussion. Maynard has two other bands that he is vocalist/lyricist for: A Perfect Circle (see songs such as "Gravity" and "Pet" and "Judith") and his personal creative outlet Puscifer (see songs such as "Potions" and "Mama Sed" and "Grand Canyon"). Do hope you continue. Stay safe!
Tool is an experience, couldn't pick just one song to recommend, you may as well start from Opiate and work your way go Fear Inoculum. All great albums!🤘🤘
Yes. Every single song every single album. Pure mastery in every way.
this was a very radio friendly and popular song in the early and mid 2000s It was usually played once a day on most every rock station in the country
The amazing thing about Tool is how many times your brain thinks that a sequence of notes is off or discordant, but a half second later it makes perfect musical sense...
Thats because your brain is so used to 4/4 time signatures.. Tool is beyond the normal standard radio stuff, next level
@@thehottubchannel4335 - absolutely, when they kick into 5/8, 6/4, 11/8 and such, it's a serious brain stimulation... granted, not everyone wants music to require use of their brain, sooo....
Great reaction, spot on analysis. This is one of their most accesible songs. An absolute masterpiece. The fact is...their entire catalog is pretty extraodinary. And only 5 albums and an EP in 30 years. They have a totally unique way od structuring their songs. I call it organic. Next up.....Jambi, The Pot, The Grudge....etc etc....😁👍👍
This is one of the coolest bass lines out there !!!! Great reaction and I'm glad you got into it. For something equally impressive, try out some Rush. Great video. Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦🤘🤘🤘🤘
"This is a song that I'm going to be showing to my Friends...and probably Family." Did she just say she's gonna take this song home to meet Mum?!? LOL!!!!
My mom loved Tool. It can happen. Even if they've never liked any heavy music.
@@JustinLesamiz
That's cool. My mother was wondering why Tool had to compose a 16 minute composition. Why does the song have to be so long? I explained to her that it's like a classical piece of music with movements. She still doesn't get it 🙄
My mother is a fan of Tool. Loves Sober and The Pot. Loves Fear Innoculum and Pneuma as well.
This song is old enough to go to college and buy cigarettes.
More Tool: Forty Six & 2, The Pot, Lost Keys/Rosetta Stoned, Jambi, the Grudge, Vicarious. Enjoy fam
You forgot Pneuma... that song is a masterpiece.
....She is no way ready for Rosetta Stoned yet my fellow toolheads. ;) - baby steps haha
Just all the songs please :)
@@venomau5speedz lol
Sober put them on the map
You are spot on with your takeaways on experiencing tool for the 1st time. Real music affects you on multiple levels in waves of beauty that leave u speechless in the end. So much going on u have to hear it again and again to soak it all in trying to admire the genius of its simplistic nature and power of expression. Then u realize, these guys are using the same notes as everybody else, these guys are f****** awesome!
Welcome to the journey! Keep up the TOOL reactions!
Parabol/Parabola is my favorite Tool song. Technically two songs but they need to be listened to together.
You have quite an ear! It takes most people a few listens before they can comprehend what they just heard after hearing Tool their first time . The fact that you said this is your favorite so far says a lot. Though I don't know what other bands you've reacted to, Tool will be pretty hard to top. "Right in two" "Lateralus" and "Vicarious" are definitely a couple musts from Tool. Try Rush "2112" Dream Theater's "Stream of consciousness" and Metallica "Orion" sometime. They won't disappoint. One more thing is listen to Tools live recordings. What makes Tool so awesome is there ability to execute their songs so well live. I I was fortunate enough to see them 3 times this year before Covid hit. The last show was in Las Vegas, I went with my dad and it ended up being the last night I got to spend with him. I couldn't have asked for a better night to remember.
This song and Jambi really got me into Tool. After hearing them I immediately started delving into the whole Discography and fell in love
Earned a subscriber just for not interrupting the damn song. Look forward to your other vids.
As a RUSH fan, I really appreciate the depth of TOOL. I know, their "different" but not too different. I Both are in a class by themselves. LOVE IT.
Best drummers to ever live, Neil Peart and Danny Carey, so they have that in common.
AEnima and Lateralus are masterpieces, two incredible albums that cannot be repeated. Gems.
I love the way you make your comments without pausing the song
This band is a drug!!!
"46 and 2" ," H" and "Invincible" are probably my three favs.
The drums on 46&2 are amazing to me
H. is their most underrated song imo.
@@RickChavo totally agree
Invincible is sick. It's awesome and just keeps going. You think the song is over then it moves up a gear. Excellent lyrics also... like all Tool songs.
If you want complexity and weird structure just listen to Lateralus its completely made using the Fibonacci sequence
Or just listen to Meshuggah
@@dsvet Meshuggah is bullshit compared to Tool. Tool fits into no catagories. Meshuggah was influenced by them but still does the cringy growling.
You're in for a real treat and journey with Tool. Kelp delving 🙏🤘
It was a very enlightening experience watching ur preconceptions fall away when explaining ur thoughts u my friend have taken the first bite of what tool does it shows how the cosmic change that has been going in for the last 10 yrs
Better late than never, nice to see you're back.
Congratulations! Welcome to the other side of your mind. Every fan has a connection with each and with an individual interpretation. We do share each emotion when we watch these kinds of videos and also when we have a slight movement in the universe.
Listen to Third Eye... with your eyes closed. Heck... the whole Album is amazing. But this is one to do next. IMO.
I am addicted to watching first time hearing tool reactions. Been listening to them more than most any other band since 1995. Beautiful.
Tool!! Lateralus, Stinkfist, and Aenima are among my favorites from them!
Every tool song is special. But if you check out Tool’s “ H”, “intermission/Jimmy”, A Perfect Circle’s “Judith “, and Tool’s “ wings for Marie pt1/10,000 days’ all in that order, it’s a huge journey and the five stages of grief personified since those songs is about MJK’s growth as a person and his relationship with his mother from early stages to her last days. It’s a journey that’ll make you emotional.
Thank you! Jimmy and H. are two of the most underrated Tool songs IMO. I'd put Jimmy in my top 5 for sure just based on the message alone. Not to mention Right in Two.
I have loved tool for years but I never knew these songs we’re supposed to be in a order
antdujar bro you nailed my top tool songs. Can we be friends?
@@samjensen9983 spiral out my guy!
Wow.. She actually reacted to the music unbiasedly, then actually gave an honest opinion. Bravo young lady, you've gained a subscriber today. Welcome to tool. The images are one thing but your mind changes when you hear it. Glad you enjoyed it.
Honestly, I want to see you listen to Jambi and react to that.
This was my entry to Tool and it never let me go of them. Also I fell in love with Progressive Rock and Metal with them ... I still thank my best friend for opening this musical world for me.
Yes, this was a good pick too! I was pretty new to TOOL until recently too. But the their lyrics are great and thought provoking and they make me want to hear more for sure.
